No so good Jet 2 this time

Seemed like we was dropped off here and forgotten by Jet2. Hotel all good clean, staff good food excellent choice just served cold every time? Shame as spoilt the experience.

New club app not as good as old app

New club app not as good as old app, no my favourites etc, no transition from old to new. Other app I use have all been updated before with a smooth transition from one to another. When I complained to the club you were just not interested. Seems a lot of unhappy members out there.

Enjoyed our stay but the hotel room and lack of cloths storage was very disappointing

Like everything apart from the room no cloths draw space and small room

heatless thieving bar stewards

So I went to the Hollies in Eastwood to donate a Vivaro Van full of cloths bric - brack etc etc to the lighthouse charity shop there, admitted i didnt buy a ticket i didn't think as i was unloading id need one? but through the post comes a parking ticket. I appealed enplaning what i was doing there and that the manager Maria at the charity shop would confirm this but my appeal was unsuccessful. so for giving its now cost me £60, what a heatless load of Barstewards at CE services.

very misleading about the free car breakdown. Nothing mentioned when asked for a Reg that you would start charging if this was not cancelled by the customer after the two months

Hi Dave,


Thank you for your e mail, to assist I reaffirm the customer journey in relation to the purchase of Vehicle Breakdown Cover.

The following steps are taken:

1. A customer purchases one of our cover plans on line.
2. At the conclusion of the purchase a promotional offer appears on the screen offering 2 months free roadside assistance.
3. If the customer wishes to accept the offer the vehicle registration is entered by them. At this stage reference is clearly made to the promotional offer being subject to Express Terms and Conditions.
4. Once accepted the customer receives two e-mails. One e-mail relates to the cover plan and the second e mail refers to the roadside assistance.
5. The e mail pertaining to roadside assistance makes clear reference to the next steps which entails the customer logging into his unique MYACCOUNT page.
6. The MYACCOUNT page details documents including the Terms and Conditions.
7. The customer receives schedule particular to the roadside assistance. This clearly sets out the inception date of cover and when the free promotional period expires. This correlates with the first
payment due which is again clearly set out.

Free trial eligibility is determined by 247 Home Rescue at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply. We will charge your Payment Method for your monthly membership fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the monthly membership price and end date of your free trial period, visit our website and click the "MY ACCOUNT" link and click “SERVICE CONTRACT”.
