I ordered two items one of which is not suitable and I wish to return it.
they are doing everything possible to stop the return.
the store policy says that all returns must come with a return label which they will send upon request. except they won't. the return address in there policy shows a UK address but the keep emailing me to say I have to send back to China. also offering upto 70% discount to keep.
im very frustrated.

My experience with this company is not good I’ve sent many emails with no response I’m asking for a return label for dresses that are flimsy and way too big , my order number is 167854Mrs p Prosser 45 Theydon Avenue Woburn Sands MK17 8PN telephone 07801571523. A company called ZEND sent a message but no return email address which is a bi pointless really, here’s hoping ROSYDAYmight respond

Unable to track parcel keeps saying we site not working not letting me log says I formation wrong it is not.Even tried to change password to get inlays link sent to change password done twice still no link don't know if will recieve parcel have doubts but will wait a d see before I do anything about it

Avoid buying anything from.this company! You cannot send it back or get a refund!! Which is not right! Stuff made in China ages to come material paper thin and sizing is shocking!!

I ordered 3 tops from Rosyday.
When they arrived, the black top was made from very cheap fabric, the picture and description was with bell sleeves, but what i received was not as pictured or described.
The other 2 tops in my order were a brown and gray frill sleeveless top. These were really nice, except that the gray top was damaged on the back, the fabric was faulty. I took photos and emailed the customer service team a message along with the photos. I requested a refund for the black top and a replacement for the damaged gray top. I was offered a refund of 50% and to keep the items. I refused this. I sent a follow up email, again requesting a refund, and i received an email this morning, telling me that my order will be refunded but only by 50%. I replied back, stating that i did not agree to the 50% refund and asked for a full refund again. I am waiting for a reply.
It is clear that my emails are not being read and the customer service team are ignoring my request.
This to me is very poor customer service, and although my request is genuine, it has not been dealt with appropriately.
After experiencing such poor customer service, I will not be placing any more orders and would not recommend ordering anything from this website. I will be unsubscribing from this website.
