return policy

I ordered two items one of which is not suitable and I wish to return it.
they are doing everything possible to stop the return.
the store policy says that all returns must come with a return label which they will send upon request. except they won't. the return address in there policy shows a UK address but the keep emailing me to say I have to send back to China. also offering upto 70% discount to keep.
im very frustrated.
