Not worth the risk.

Very long wait for delivery and then received an entirely different dress to the one ordered. It was poorly made, flimsy, man-made fibre and not even advertised on the website. When asking for a refund and return information I was offered half the price of the original dress without returning the item. Sending photos to show their error and being adamant about a full refund got a positive response. There has been no interest in returning the unwanted item at their expense.

I have had a very bad experience

I have had a very bad experience. I didn’t get my item for weeks, eventually I got it and when I wanted to return because was too big and no label. They ignore my emails. Think twice before you buy it as it’s not Uk based company and once you get you item you won’t be able to return it. Never again.

After 16 days my order hasn’t been dispatched

I have tried to return 2 products as the sizing is not good plus the material of the product is cheap and feels like it will rip the first time you wear it.
When I contacted them for a refund they are only willing to give me a partial refund as they said I would need to pay to send it back to China but on the website the returns address is Staffordshire When I quired it all I got back was the same reply.

bad system for returns

Every other company do offer returns and it can be done easily
