return policy

I ordered two items one of which is not suitable and I wish to return it.
they are doing everything possible to stop the return.
the store policy says that all returns must come with a return label which they will send upon request. except they won't. the return address in there policy shows a UK address but the keep emailing me to say I have to send back to China. also offering upto 70% discount to keep.
im very frustrated.

email me saying I was out......

email me saying I was out....... he went to wrong address over the road to me ????...I wasn't i was in ..no one delivered ....said I had to pick package up from post office near airport I rung dpd on a number of occasions they said they will get it picked up from post office n delivery to me they didn't.... lovely people on the phone but they don't carry out what they say there going to do delivery man

bought my boys go ape n Segway for xmas last year 1st time they're done this n they said they had a brilliant n funny day people were nice throughly enjoyed it they said they would love to go again n also said the grounds are lovely
