Unsatisfactory
I ordered 3 tops from Rosyday.
When they arrived, the black top was made from very cheap fabric, the picture and description was with bell sleeves, but what i received was not as pictured or described.
The other 2 tops in my order were a brown and gray frill sleeveless top. These were really nice, except that the gray top was damaged on the back, the fabric was faulty. I took photos and emailed the customer service team a message along with the photos. I requested a refund for the black top and a replacement for the damaged gray top. I was offered a refund of 50% and to keep the items. I refused this. I sent a follow up email, again requesting a refund, and i received an email this morning, telling me that my order will be refunded but only by 50%. I replied back, stating that i did not agree to the 50% refund and asked for a full refund again. I am waiting for a reply.
It is clear that my emails are not being read and the customer service team are ignoring my request.
This to me is very poor customer service, and although my request is genuine, it has not been dealt with appropriately.
After experiencing such poor customer service, I will not be placing any more orders and would not recommend ordering anything from this website. I will be unsubscribing from this website.
Rosyday - do the right thing!
