Our logistics team reviews customer requests very carefully and processes each order as quickly as possible, but we understand there can always be delivery issues related to factors out of our control.

I'm sorry to hear your card was delivered later than expected. Your order was dispatched with Royal Mail Second Class, which is an estimated two day service. We have been informed that some items can take up to 3 working days to arrive. Unfortunately, it sounds like your order was caught up in the postal system and delayed along the way.
