Stay away from this Poshmark
Buyer bought a high end dress from me , tried it on and requested to return due to a smell odor ! The dress was never worn . New with tags . Dress is returned damaged near zipper which is evident that she tried on and it didn’t fit. Poshmark did nothing .

Horrible Site Issues & No Customer Support
I had been a user of Poshmark for several years, when suddenly I had been flagged from making any purchases at all. I would attempt to put something into the cart and it would just glitch out every time. I never had so much as one bad experience with another seller either. I was in very good standing. There were times when I wanted to purchase some HTF items and would re-message customer service asking for some assistance with this matter. I even tried establishing a whole new account, when a seller abruptly refused to sell to me and relisted her item. Cancelled out the entire order. Eventually, that account got banned too. I got so frustrated with customer service ignoring the repeated glitch that I simply stopped shopping the app all together. It's really too bad that their customer service is lacking to such an extent and that the site is not being properly supported. I just couldn't be bothered, it's a complete waste of my time. I do just as well over on Mercari and Ebay -where I am a 5 star buyer/seller and have 100% positive standing after more than 20 years (on Ebay). A huge lesson learned!!!

I sold an item on Poshmark and after I mailed the item , I received an email from Poshmark asking me not to mail the item. Unfortunately I couldn’t retrieve the item from the post office . It’s been over a month since the item was delivered to the buyer who hasn’t paid for the item. This is the beginning of Poshmark irresponsibility towards the situation . I have sent a total of 4 emails and I keep getting the same generic response. I never got an answer from postmark and my item still with the buyer who hasn’t paid for it.

I wish I can give this thing a zero because I never received my purchase I never got any feedback on my purchase. The seller will not respond. There is no phone number to contact anybody about it. I would love a return cuz I wasted my money to buy my daughter something for her birthday and now she don't get what she wants because of this website. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY STUFF
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They don’t respond to problems or concerns in a reasonable time. No real way to know if the seller is reputable. I ordered a coach bag on September 1 and as of the 15th I have not received it. The seller is no longer communicating and the emails that were sent to the customer service have gone unanswered because it was the weekend! I have advised that I will put a stop payment on my card if I have no response by the 16th. It’s definitely not a company I would purchase from again.

My first interaction with Poshmark was a disaster. I ordered an Armani jacket and LOVED the fabric but the size was just too small. My attempt to return it was refused by the seller.

Bots Just Browsing Here In Spam-city
Ok this app is BOTTED to death!! You'll get the inevitable "We're currently working on software to remove spam and bots." Feels like they're just trying to look like they're doing something bc they've been saying that for years now. They either can't or won't do anything. Bots like/unlike/like your items to give the illusion of interaction. Bots even comment on listings. 60-80% of my followers are bots. So much user manipulation, its unreal. And insult to injury- the fees are some of the most expensive around.
As a Posh Ambassador
As a Posh Ambassador, I expected prompt responses to my inquiries; however, this has not been the case. Following the loss of a package, Poshmark's support was delayed for a month, with inconsistent information regarding transaction cancellation timelines. The recent announcement regarding reduced shipping costs and collaboration with the postal service for complimentary ground boxes appears inaccurate. I have been unable to reach postal service representatives via phone or email. It seems the primary objective is financial gain. I intend to conclude all current transactions and subsequently close my account.
Useless I will never use this app again there’s no way to get anything fixed through it…
I had purchased two separate items from two separate sellers. The first item still had a security tag attached to it rendering it useless. I paid extra for rapid shipping on the second item and it still hasn’t even been sent.!!! I will never ever ever use Poshmark again. It’s absolutely useless..
Poshmark is a big joke
Poshmark is a big joke. It’s hard to believe they are still being used by sellers or buyers. List and buy from Ebay and Etsy. Stay away from this clunky place that allows sellers to sell old dirty garbage but takes down beautiful amazing listings. A place that is a circus with “parties”, and other comical gradeschool nonsense that has nothing to do with selling.
Worst app
Worst app. They protect dishonest sellers. I received an item of clothing that was advertised as BNWT but arrived damaged, stained, and obviously used and still crusted with bodily fluid. I took pictures and reported the item but I was penalized for altering the item because the photos on the seller’s advertisement didn’t show any of the above damage and I didn’t specifically ask the seller if the item would come clean and free of body fluids. They also claimed I removed the tag but one did not arrive on the item because it was used. I was further penalized for leaving honest feedback which was written respectfully but claimed to be false and thus bullying. This wasn’t my only issue but was my final straw. The company protects sellers and offers zero protection for buyers. So if you are a dishonest seller, this is the app for you but if you are looking to purchase items I would advise against using Poshmark. Their customer service is provided by subpar AI.
Poshmark authentication representatives
I’ve recently noticed a trend in my last two interactions within the last 24 to 48 hours. I was contacted by authentication to ask about a box that never existed because there was a photo with a box in the background. I never indicated the box was included. Poshmark is continuing to reach out to buyers making sure they really want my item… Poshmark is attempting to cancel the sale. Poshmark did not pay attention to the responses from me or the Buyer! Poshmark did not even “read my description” on item. I emailed poshmark support, but it only favors canceling the order and refunding the buyer. I also think it’s unethical to have canceled orders on my 1099.
I also sent the original certificate of authenticity. The authenticity was never the issue. The issue was Poshmark attempting to sabotage every sale.
Also, in general, I have sold something through authentication and even when they don’t sabotage my sale, you are waiting two weeks. Posh still gives the buyer an additional 3 days to make a final decision. Better off doing consignment than having to wait three weeks between shipping and authentication. It’s 2025. Poshmark should have a better protocol by now.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My order got lost in transit and the tracking clearly shows this. I have sent multiple emails and have gotten nothing but computer generated responses. I cannot get my money refunded even though myself and the seller are in agreement that package is lost. There is zero Poshmark protection and no phone number to call and speak with anyone. Going on almost 1 month with no answers now!

Scandalous and horrible! I sold something on Poshmark there was a delivery exception the item is lost I filed a missing mail request that has not been found so I contacted Poshmark. They said give it a few days and then respond to that email and they would tell me what to do next they have things in place they haven't done anything not even answer my email. I will not be using this platform again.

Accidental purchases are happening left and right and posh won relist my original item with the likes and views because it was “canceled”. Not by me! Each time I was sent an email hours later saying not to send, this site needs to be sued, have a doc on it

POSHMARK SUPPORT IS A SCAM
POSHMARK SUPPORT IS A SCAM! They have no support & lack any sophistication to research & resolve a real issue. Most responses are simply automated or pre-drafted responses to use pending the situation.
They allowed a buyer to return a brand new with tags bridal dress by claiming it was wrinkled with a loose string/piece of dust resting on top of the dress. The buyer returned the dress worn, hair all throughout the dress, damage to the beading corset portion of the dress, ink stains, snags on satin flower, torn hem & an overall dirty smell of fragrance/smoke. We sent Poshmark several photos & they offered 80 posh credits for the inconvenience, meanwhile our dress is over 700 retail & completely ruined. Not only can it not be cleaned or fixed with posh credits because it's not real money, that amount likely wouldn't even cover the dry cleaning portion vs addressing any of the repairs. They keep stating they can't determine whether the damage happened before/after delivery yet since they can't determine - they decide in favor of the buyer? How can they come to a decision if they can't determine? Makes no sense. We have sold over 700 items on their site with no issues until now. We list everything 100% accurately plus go the extra mile to make sure all items are clean & packaged well/safely to prevent any damage or mishandling issues. This is extremely disappointing & making us not want to be a member of the Poshmark Community at all, as clearly our 25k+ in sales with a perfect track record is of no appreciation to them. Writing on behalf of my parents as I'm so upset to watch a company like this try to bulldoze/strong arm them like, what a horrible experience! Shame on you, Poshmark!
