POSHMARK SUPPORT IS A SCAM
POSHMARK SUPPORT IS A SCAM! They have no support & lack any sophistication to research & resolve a real issue. Most responses are simply automated or pre-drafted responses to use pending the situation.
They allowed a buyer to return a brand new with tags bridal dress by claiming it was wrinkled with a loose string/piece of dust resting on top of the dress. The buyer returned the dress worn, hair all throughout the dress, damage to the beading corset portion of the dress, ink stains, snags on satin flower, torn hem & an overall dirty smell of fragrance/smoke. We sent Poshmark several photos & they offered 80 posh credits for the inconvenience, meanwhile our dress is over 700 retail & completely ruined. Not only can it not be cleaned or fixed with posh credits because it's not real money, that amount likely wouldn't even cover the dry cleaning portion vs addressing any of the repairs. They keep stating they can't determine whether the damage happened before/after delivery yet since they can't determine - they decide in favor of the buyer? How can they come to a decision if they can't determine? Makes no sense. We have sold over 700 items on their site with no issues until now. We list everything 100% accurately plus go the extra mile to make sure all items are clean & packaged well/safely to prevent any damage or mishandling issues. This is extremely disappointing & making us not want to be a member of the Poshmark Community at all, as clearly our 25k+ in sales with a perfect track record is of no appreciation to them. Writing on behalf of my parents as I'm so upset to watch a company like this try to bulldoze/strong arm them like, what a horrible experience! Shame on you, Poshmark!
