Never sign up for their Promoted Closet. It's absolutely worthless; to put it mildly, it's robbery. I didn't realize they were taking $10 from my bank account every week. What did I get for it? In t... See more

Poor experience /worst
Poor experience /worst. I got free ship this week. I might as well throw in garbage . I acquired great items good sneaks etc but posh fails get sales. They take too much from seller. It's not worth it to sell even if you gave a $3 offer posh takes $3 drives away buyers. Other sights more fair. Posh return item is stupid and unfair often . They refund buyer most time waste my time. This new CEO is a dummy I see platform is worse . I see hosts make 0 sales. Posh always struggle they take plight. Honor buyer who virse are mean and cheap expecting to pay $14 authentic jersey etc rid if the $3 fee items fir $3 it's stupid . Make cheap sakes exmz pish chase customers away . It's go crash to 0 my blessing
Sales gone bye bye
Poshmark at one time was great for buyers and selling. However with the constant change of rules and the super controlling attitude. Suspension for removing listings for two weeks. I think Poshmark forgets that your listing are your property and not theirs. And your property is not your property once it's delivered and paid for. The time consuming app wants you tuned in all day and everyday. There used to be share jail now it's become sales jail. No visibility lately. They have resorted to selling items in their own categories. Words that are ridiculous. Such a Indie sleeze. That sounds gross. Or electric grandpa. Very odd groupings for sellers items. I never met one person that thinks they will find anything under those categories. Or garden girl. What's a garden girl. Lots of people don't even have gardens. The market is filled with really disgusting listings like old man suit jackets. Grungy dirty shoes, odd ball brands, tons of farm looking flannel shirts. The Christmas gifts no one ever used. Yikes! The worst is vintage jewelry. Morbid looking bead necklaces. And other stuff. It smells. It's dirty and down right ugly again clogging the site. The old lady outdated colors of the polyester elastic waist pants. Wrinkled clothes. The site looks scary now. The fake designer items. Bought at another web app and sold on Poshmark. The place is a circus. It's becoming just a place for the unoccupied people to see their junk in lights interact and feel like they have a business without the hard work of a legit business. I watched a live show the other night. The lady was drunk. And made no secret drinking her wine. But sloshing words and just plastered. Not going to buy from that one. When she sobers up she will forget about your order. I'm not selling on there any more for sure. Or buying. I am starting to think they rfet
They get support from ratings. Like a radio station when people tune is. It may be the reason they require you to be active all day everyday. I don't know but it's quite possible. When I was on there I did 36000 shares and still made no sales. So sharing is useless And I have to say I had brand names and low prices. Very low prices. You know it's getting bad when even the low ballers don't want anything. Just a clown show. Not a happy place at all. I know there are people out there that can't get out to work. And it's not a good position to be in. So some mothers take to selling off their kids clothes. Retail has no room for kids clothes that are used. Better off donating them. No market for that. Buyers may be leary thinking the kid may have thrown up on the clothes or even worse diaper accidents. Contaminated stuff. So pretty much kids clothes are out. I figure after my three years on Poshmark and it was fruitless. Donate. And stop collecting things you may think there may be a market for. It just doesn't work. Bundling doesn't work either anymore. Buyers feel like you took their control away in chosing for themselves. Or three shirts are nice and two are awful if you get my meaning. Again useless.
Doesn’t protect sellers from bad buyers
I had a buyer purchase one of my listings which was accurately described and represented. The buyer assumed she was getting something that would be a pure bright white even though the title and listing descriptions said “Cream.” She opened a return request due to STAINS which didn’t exist. She just didn’t like the color. Even though no stains were present in the photos she provided, Poshmark approved her return/refund. I tried to fight for them to make it right and correct their error in approving such a return because their policy says they do not allow for refunds unless the item received did not match the listing which was not the case here. Poshmark gave the buyer her cash back and they tried to give me a small $15 credit which wasn’t close to the amount I would have received had the sale gone through. It’s a waste of a credit because I’ll never use this platform again. I’m deleting all of my listings and bringing everything to a local consignment shop instead. I also refuse to purchase from their platform moving forward because of the way they handled this.
Bad experience
I purchased a dress. Seller marked shipped but tracking has not showed anything in 7 days. I have not received anything and seller is not answering. I have sent messages to poshmark but not resolution. I want my money back! This is unacceptable
Customer service non existent
Basically no way to contact customer service. When you submit an issue you get a very generic copy/paste automated message saying if your return is approved or not. After that, there's no way to get in touch with them. I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. There is no phone service.
Specifically the seller listed an item twice (scrub tops which are very generic so I didn't notice and I can see how the seller made the mistake). They were immediately apologetic and willing to refund for the item but there was no way on their to end to do that.
Customer service approved full refund pending return, but it was multiple items that were nice and I wanted to keep them. On top of that, if return isn't received within so many days they release funds to the seller. So I'm basically paying double for this item or going to the hassle of returning everything.
Bad customer service
Ordered an item which arrived damaged, a long sleeve dress shirt seller had clearly shrunk in the wash to the point it was no longer long sleeve. Item eligible for return as “damaged” or “not as described” by Poshmark policy- however customer service failed to uphold their policy and merely informed me I could relist the item (and gain Poshmark more seller fees in the process)
Awful customer service!!
Awful customer service!!! I am debating whether to sell anymore on poshmark!!! Seller has no protection whatsoever!!!!! I pay 20 percent in fees and don’t get a response from customer service!!! Now the buyer shipping me Chanel boots back. Do I know what will be shipped back to me???Disaster!!!
Buyer Beware!
I tried several times to like and trust Poshmark; however, although there are some reliable people selling under their roof, I noted that if a person does not know exactly what is up for sale and/or the general "retail value" on other sites, he or she can be easily taken to the cleaners. I'd see pricing markdown absurdities such as $199 down to $10, for example. "What?" How could anyone make a profit by discounting an item to such an extent? What does that say about the listing? It doesn't take a genius to realize it's a fake or scam. In addition, the last straw for me was making a purchase and the payment ... noting on the Seller's site that the item was marked, "Sold" ... supposedly to me ... only to find out the hard way that the Seller in question no longer had the item to sell me. Rather than let me know via a regular email message, I found out that I'd never receive the item by randomly checking my Order History. I didn't have a long list of purchases and just checked to see if the item in question was moving along ... it wasn't! ... and that's where I came across the "Dear Jayne" message stating the Seller had previously sold the item and forgot to remove it from her list. It took longer than usual to get the debit on my banking account reversed, so I sent several messages to Poshmark directly expressing my concerns and dismay on how the transaction was mishandled. None of my messages were ever answered! What does that say about Poshmark's "management"? Therefore, I closed out my account immediately. I had given this site a "second chance" before ... but this incident "said it all!" ... you cannot trust them to follow through in an honest or professional manner ... not very "Posh" at all! "Buyer Beware!"
The listing is brand new,the bag is scratched
The listing is brand new. I bought a luxury bag almost $2600 and it has to go through poshmark authenticators to check condition and authenticity, they approved a full of scratches and stains as brand new
No more Poshmark
I recently purchased a Juicy Couture purse and was very happy with it, UNTIL after only using it a few times, it started showing signs that makes me believe it's a KNOCKOFF, cause a REAL one would the leather trim would NOT be peeling off. I'm DONE with Poshmark !!!
Extremely poor customer orientation – refuses valid Canadian addresses
Poshmark refused to recognize my valid Canadian address (confirmed by Canada Post). Despite providing multiple proofs, support only gave generic copy-paste replies and never fixed the issue.
I couldn’t even complete my first sale because the system wouldn’t generate a shipping label. After days of wasted time, I finally had to request that my account be deleted.
The platform is unreliable and shows no real customer orientation.
Never order from Poshmark
Ordered a pair of boots and the order was confirmed and billed to my card. Two weeks passed and the seller never shipped the boots. Also, I reached out to them for a status and she never responded. I requested a refund which was processed. No we're sorry, we will address this with the seller, anything. I would recommend no one waste their time and money with Poshmark. Garbage site and customer service.
I purchased an item from a seller
I purchased an item from a seller. It smelled so bad from cigarette smoke that I can't even keep it in the house. Poshmark told me that they can't verify the smell, so I'm out the $55.00. All buyers beware, this is one shady outfit. I have contacted my CC company, and they are looking into it. I am sure after seeing all the reviews, I will get my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Customer service is abysmal, policies broken, lying seller
Customer service is absolutely beyond the pale. It’s abysmal and embarassing; and I’m generally very lenient and understanding with customer support. I received an item that wasn’t as described, the measurements were significantly wrong, and Poshmark denied my return for the reason “Buyer could have asked for measurements” when I had LITERALLY attached a photo of me asking for measurements, and them being wrong. It has been close to a week and Poshmark isn’t responding to my chats, or my emails, or anything on social media. I lack the words to describe how pathetic this is, they’re directly breaking their own policy, they stole my money (by breaking said policy), and my only option seems like it’ll be to contact my credit card company for a chargeback. I’m not at all being unreasonable, and yet I’m having to sit here $115 poorer because Poshmark falsely denied a claim, for false reasoning, and is actively refusing to address the issue while the seller keeps my money. What a joke of a company, absolutely shameful behavior.
48-hour return policy is a joke.
Bought a pair of shoes but the seller sent the wrong size and brand. I put in a request for return which was approved but it was sent on a Friday and I didn't see it in my email until Monday and of course the 48 hours were up to return the item. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that are the wrong size and the wrong brand.
AI ruined Poshmark Support
AI ruined Poshmark Support. The rules that used to apply are now being violated and it’s up to unintelligence to determine who, what and when. Today, a buyer was approved a return without submitting evidence to their claim. No full photos, no evidence of anything, just saying STAIN without showing any stains got approved. Who knows what I will receive back.
Using AI will be the end of this business.
Poshmark - avoid them.
Poshmark charges you on receipt of your order, and says that there is a 3-day window to inspect the item and click on Accept. After that, they will release payment to the vendor. In order to return a shirt with an obvious tear in it, I had to upload photos and send them to the vendor. The website always said that the files were too large, though I adjusted my iPhone for the smallest possible photo file size, and even changed the file type. So I contacted Poshmark customer service directly, rejected the item, and attached two photos to the e-mail. I told them that they'd have to work it out with the vendor. But the Poshmark e-mails kept coming, with different suggestions, until I told them that I'd contacted my credit card company, and rejected their charge. That was the only way to deal with them. I had told them previously that I would never do business with them again, and would post a negative review online. After about a week of this, Poshmark did order a refund of my credit card charge. But they also repeated to me the same instructions for any future returns, which still included loading photos onto the website. So they had not fixed anything, as I told them in my reply. I expect that this same nonsense with them will continue, so I'll simply label Poshmark e-mails as Junk. I highly recommend avoiding these people.
My sales on Poshmark have always been…
My sales on Poshmark have always been great. But for the past few months, my sales have plummeted. Reason being they have these stupid shows that people have and no one‘s buying a lot of peoples closets anymore. Just these live shows. I reached out to Poshmark support and as usual, cut no support from them. It’s frustrating when you did so well and now you have no sales.
Poshmark is a den of thieves
Poshmark is a den of thieves and so are their moderators. And the moderators are complicit in the thieving and the stealing that goes on there. Posh mark will not protect you. They even fought American Express when I disputed their thievery through my credit card company and denied my complaint.
