They take a 20% selling fee yet provide no actual support, and you can’t call or chat with anyone for help. For new accounts, commenting is disabled, but somehow you’re expected to purchase from a website that doesn’t even have a proper condition ranking system, which makes no logical sense. The platform keeps allowing multiple new accounts every day that use DH Gate photos to sell obvious replicas, but the moment I uploaded a genuine vintage skirt, my account was immediately disabled. I truly believe that Poshmark is the worst website on the entire internet.
I’m giving 1 star only because I can’t give 0
I ordered a sweater from a seller, @llamaco2024. As I was out of town, I was a day late picking up the item out of my mailbox. I tried it on right away and it was way too small. It’s marked a medium, but it’s a small at best, possibly an x-small. I wear a medium in tops, bottoms, dresses, and skirts. I immediately messaged the seller. I wanted to give her a chance to address my concerns before getting customer support involved. I had 72 hours from receipt of the item to do this. @llamaco2024 never responded and I think she was just waiting me out, which is really dirty. Nonetheless, I DID escalate to customer support BEFORE the 72 hour threshold, because the link was still showing to “release the funds” to the seller. Had the 72 hours passed, it would have stated that the order was complete and that had not happened yet. Only when I checked back 4-6 hours later to see if customer service had responded to me did I see that the order was THEN complete. They released the funds without addressing my concerns first! This is very unfair. I started emailing and kept getting the same answer each time - - that the 72 hour threshold had passed. I kept pointing out that it HADN’T passed when I asked for help but they kept ignoring that part of my emails. They’re either all mentally deficient or English is their second language, or both. Also, it possibly was just a form letter with a different agent’s name on it each time, because it was pretty much always the same verbiage. All I wanted was for the buyer @llamaco2024 to accept return of the item. I would’ve even paid the postage. I guess there’s a reason that Poshmark has a 1.2 star rating on trustpilot.com. I’ve looked all over social media and have found very few positive comments regarding this company. Buyer beware!
Zero stars for Poshmark
Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is completely useless. A seller can send you an entirely different product from what you paid for, and Poshmark will tell you too bad and it’s the buyer’s fault for not asking more questions, even though the listing is clearly a different item. Thanks for nothing.

Poshmark is the worse mistake I ever made. They dont support buyers at all.
What I got Im sure was a knockoff.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. If you have a problem with a purchase Poshmark customer service is not helpful.

Out of FIVE purchases I made over the past year or so, THREE ended up as cancellations. One because a seller misrepresented the item and it arrived in poor shape, and two because the sellers simply never shipped the items and disappeared ... Poshmark is a dumpster fire, you really do get what you pay for. Buyer beware of this garbage receptacle.
No customer service and they do not stand by their policy
Do not use this company. They charged me for a product that I never ordered. And when I tried to contact them with their policy of 72 hours. They did not respond. There is no way of communicating with them. I sent them three requests And have no response.
Poshmark declined my return and refund…
Poshmark declined my return and refund for a Gucci wallet that was not as described with serious concerns abaout the authenticity of the item. Need to be extremley cautious when buying from this site!!!!
Lesson learned! Never buy on Poshmark!!
The first thing I bought from Poshmark was a POUPETTE St BARTH dress that was listed as new. When it arrived, I was very pleased because it still had the tags attached and it looked new . It wasn’t until three months later when I went to wear the dress that I noticed that the seller had Removed some of the snaps from the shoulder straps and repositioned them and did a terrible job of sewing , completely ruining the shoulder straps , It could not be reversed. I contacted Poshmark and they offered me a 50% refund. I’ve had to donate the dress because I cannot adjust the straps.
I gave Poshmark another try. I ordered a pair of new with tags Carmela shoes.
The seller was trying to do a nice thing by including a small gift , which happened to be a bag of chocolate candy. I live in Florida. The package sat on my front steps baking in hot sun for hours. When I opened up the package with the new shoes, I found melted chocolate all over.
Poshmark refuses to allow me to return the shoes for a refund. Poshmark customer service is terrible.
Item sent to old address / never received
I accidentally placed an order with my old address. I realized the mistake right away and contacted the seller and changed the shipping address in the app. However, the item was still sent to the old address in another state. I asked customer service for help both before and after the item was shipped, but was told that the address can only be changed in the order (before it is placed.). I never received the item, and am out the purchase price and shipping. No longer a Poshmark customer.
Great
Great! First purchase, easy sign up & ordering and I'm quite particular and detail conscious. Received in 5 days well packaged and exactly as described.
Find another place to sell don't bother…
Find another place to sell don't bother selling on there is is just to much work. I did it to keep stuff out of a landfill but making a couple dollars an item isn't worth it.
counterfeit passed poshmark authentication - they refused to refund
bought a Bulgari bag off their site because of the authentication “guarantee”. upon receipt of the NFC tag took me to a chinese bulgari website - NOT specific bag information - a known indicator of a fake. the seller lied and said she had it third party authenticated, took it to a Bulgari stir and insisted its authentic. Poshmark refused refund. i had it third party authenticated and as suspected it’s counterfeit. poshmark sent label to ship it back. two weeks ago - crickets. seller Georgina Parhat still denies any wrongdoing though she lied in writing contributing to initial decision. she sells all the time on poshmark. rude terrible seller - unbelievably i still have the option to “reposh” this counterfeit bag. my reviews of georgina have been hidden and blocked by poshmark.
I am in shock
I am in shock. Poshmark promotes this great program - they deliver a duffel bag to you, then they encourage you to stuff it was as many things as you can as long as it doesn’t exceed 50 pounds. Well, I did it and scheduled an Uber to pick it up because they have a great program Uber! I received confirmation that Uber picked it up and within four hours I received confirmation that my order was lost. I contacted Poshmark three times and on the third try they finally responded saying oops, sorry. We paid you $100 in Posh credit. It doesn’t necessarily reflect the value of what was in the bag but that’s what it would’ve cost if you split it with you . Why would I send as many things as I can? If I was only going to get $100 in Posh credit?! This just doesn’t make sense. I can’t believe that they don’t care more about the fact that they lost a duffel bag with all of my items after confirming that Uber had successfully picked it up. Shoes, sweaters, dresses. And they don’t care. Very casual email saying that they lost it. Unbelievable. Do not do business with them.
Never by from @unlimiteditems I…
Never buy from @unlimiteditems I bought the dress only because she said she would send it 2 day delivery through Fedex. To cover the cost of the 2 day, she added the cost of shipping to the price of the dress. I paid 39.00 more dollars for the dress. Total coming to 144.00 with tax. The dress never arrived, no tracking number ever arrived from fedex. What I got was a tracking # for a USPS package which arrived 6 days later, and it was a little sample of lip balm. Customer service is a joke. they repeatedly kept saying that they were reviewing my case. They took my money, without my even accepting the sale as required. I began the inquiry 2 days after I bought the dress because I never got a tracking number for it, and of course the promised arrival never happened. The seller Ann left comments saying that I didn't give the right address, but somehow her lip balm was delivered to me. She lied and said she sent another dress 2 day when I made the first complaint. Of course This second dress never arrived either.
No refund .Poshmark is so unreliable
No refund .Poshmark is so unreliable. I will never ever shop Poshmark again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Never sign up for their Promoted Closet
Never sign up for their Promoted Closet. It's absolutely worthless; to put it mildly, it's robbery. I didn't realize they were taking $10 from my bank account every week. What did I get for it? In two months, I've only received one offer to sell a brand-new, elegant item for half the listed price. And people don't even want to negotiate. So, with a 20% commission, I paid three times more for advertising my item than the amount the buyer offered for the actual item. It's a rip-off. I canceled Promoted Closet, but received an automatic response that it wouldn't be canceled immediately; Poshmark would take some more money from my bank account. I won't recommend Poshmark to anyone.
Consignment service - Terrible!
Used the consignment service from Poshmark. The seller who picked up the bag was not communicative. The worst part was that all my items, even the new with tags and high priced items were not listed. No communication from them and no response to my text. Amazing that they discarded or donated a leather jacket in mint condition. Do not use them - Thred up is much better.
Don't buy from them!!
You can't get a refund no matter what. You'll lose your money! The contact support is challenging to find and then it appears to be automated.
Seller sold me a coat and listed it as…
Seller sold me a coat and listed it as a medium. I received the coat it was an xtra small. Posted photos in the seller and buyer conversation immediately upon receipt and involved poshmarks customer service in. The seller apologized and said they would d give full refund. I waited for the label and then poshmark asked for the same photos again. Over and over again. Then poshmark closed case and said i never submitted the photos in a timely manner. How ridiculous when it was done upon receipt of the package and immediately uploaded within the hour. Very unethical and unprofessional company. Poshmarks customer service can barely read or speak English properly. Poor quality customer service and resolutions. Buyers are what makes them profitable. I spend an average of a few hundred a month their site. I am fed up with the incompetence of customer service.
