Don't buy from them!!
You can't get a refund no matter what. You'll lose your money! The contact support is challenging to find and then it appears to be automated.

Sent me the wrong color mug. Went to check to see if I made the mistake but I have "no order history" even though I got this mug from them today. This 15 oz mug costs $30. Very pricey.
This company does not have its act together.

Has poor customer service and bizarre policies. If you lose your password to the online account they will only send the temp password to your mailing address---not the normal recovery ways like email or phone code----then they will send this temp password to an old address when they have your new address on file.
Calling their main number will get you a voice bot that doesn't respond to phrases like, "Live agent," "customer support" or "speak to live person". I had to use the chat with different people to get a phone number that would lead to an actual person.
Review of ShineOn: Print On Demand
They sell cheap junk. The quality is so bad their items are not allowed to be sold on Etsy. What they do to circumvent this block is have a 3rd party like AnywherePOD integrate with Etsy for them. Don't fall for this trick.
Do not bother selling any of this company's items. Your customers will just be angry with you.
Review of Factor_
Tried them for first time. Ordered a week of meals x 2 and never got them despite repeated calling. Kept being told the box was "in transit". They issued a refund.
Update: Factor is trying to get this review taken down, acting like they don't know who I am. They can't figure it out? A brand new customer who doesn't get their very first order? There shouldn't be too many of those. Or maybe there are.

Review of MoonPay
This company is a joke. You can't get verified without an ID that has a barcode on the back but none of my IDs has this. Then the app won't let you photograph the back to show them there is no barcode.
Like all horrible companies, this one has zero customer support. You try contacting them and get no response. They must be paying for these good reviews here.

Review of iKuddle
There are no litter boxes. IKuddle took original backer's money from Kickstarter funding years ago. People like me never received the boxes. I was ripped off for $300. Now I discover the company are still out there "selling" litter boxes.
I don't know why the date thing on this website won't go past 2022. This was back in 2019.
Review of Leonardo.Ai
This program can make beautiful designs BUT there is zero customer support. Doesn't matter how much you pay per month, no one will answer your questions through their little chat thingy. They usually ignore you. If they respond it's not with helpful information and they mark your question "resolved."
Add to that there are no detailed instructions on how to get features to work.
Update: Took them months to notice this bad review and respond with the claim they don't know who I am. But I don't need to be any customer in particular since they are well aware no one works in customer support and chat messages are ignored.

Review of GenF20 Plus™
This is a good product, but the company itself is awful. They will CALL in an attempt to sell you more stuff. I consider that to be harrassment.
The company's response to this review was unacceptable. Why do customers have to opt out of being called and bugged to buy other stuff? Opting in for sales pitches should be a choice the customer affirmatively makes and not be the default choice.

Review of Trustpilot
Trust Pilot is an excellent source for giving and reading reviews. They actually make me prove reviews if the business challenges a bad one---and companies often do claiming you weren't a customer. I've only had Trust Pilot remove one of my bad comments because they didn't feel I proved it, and they made a mistake. The company deserved it.
Often a company will ignore me for weeks until they read my bad review on Trust Pilot. Suddenly, they claim they want to get in touch.
One thing that would add to this website is to allow a separate comment section for the reviewer to respond to the company when they respond to a bad review.
Review of Printify
Printify is sort of easy to use, but it has no way to see what store you're connected with and the system can think you're connected to a store when you're not. It has excellent products, BUT there is no customer support. Even if you're paying premium.
You have to start a support "request" via email, there are no live reps to call. The support ticket gets responded to within 48 hours, but if you have a technical problem, it won't get resolved. You can respond to the first rep wanting more info on your issue, but that response is picked up by another customer rep who doesn't know what's going on and they won't resolve the issue. Then your issue gets forgotten.
Nothing gets corrected. This is not the way to run a business. Businesses relying on technology the way this one does must have strong customer support that includes LIVE customer reps.
Update response to company: I never stated there was a charge for support, I said it doesn't matter if you're paying for the premium, you still get no support.
Who am I supposed to get in touch with that I haven't already?

Review of Vimeo
Vimeo took down the documentary Anecdotal that interviewed people with vaxx injuries without any explanation right when I went to watch it. They also kept the pre-paid yearly advanced the filmmaker paid. Very shady.
So I guess they are either owned by the govt or paid off my big pharma.
Review of Fastfilings
No customer support. I tried to cancel right away because I couldn't finish my application. I and got no where. No response.
After reading this bad review response, I was able to contact someone and found out the email they gave isn't one that works. But they kept my money after doing nothing for me.
Then they had the audacity to lie and tell Trust Pilot I wasn't a customer. Gotta love that one.

Review of Petsies
Takes 3 months to get an ugly plush cheap looking plush toy of your cute puppy. They have no policy in place in case you don't like their very costly version of your pet. You're out the money.
Mine was so hideous it could win an Ugly Dog Plush Toy Contest.
Review of JusticeDirect Law Firm LLC
This service is fantastic. They help you create the court documents you will need. They file your documents with your court. They serve the other party with the court docs and help you prepare for the court hearing. We are constantly reminded of important court things and dates via email.
The customer service is excellent. They will respond and help you with your unique situation.
This service is extremely helpful when it comes to navigating the whole court process. Highly recommend it.
Review of AceCosm
Acecosm has no customer support. I bought one bottle of Miracle L and the stopper wasn't sealed properly so the product spilled out. They have no idea if it was damaged during shipping or how it was damaged.
When I informed Acecosm of my issue, "customer support" told me it was my fault, like I don't know how to draw from a stopper. I'm an RN. It's literally my job to use injectables. They refused to give me a $65 credit or refund. Instead wanted to argue back and forth. They love to argue with customers.
If there's an issue with any of their products, good luck getting your money back. Shop at Estraderma or any other Korean company.
Update: Their elaborate response to this review details how the product wasn't defective---they just "know" it wasn't. It's all my fault. This llustrates how horrendous their customer service is. They could have avoided all this quarreling and a bad review by just giving me a $65 credit.

Review of Anytime Mailbox
I signed up for Anytime Mailbox but didn't complete the process by getting notarized. They kept charging me each month as if I did have a mailbox with them. I wrote and explained the situation, asking for a refund and got no response. I wrote again and got a canned response. I have to charge back to get my money.
They have no customer service and shady business practices. Avoid them.

Review of 6PM
They legitimately sell semi decent shoes, but have zero customer support. Good luck getting to interact with a rep if you have a problem.
You also have to pay to return any items which now costs $20 for a pair of shoes. They could get cheaper business rates than the customers, but they don't bother to. You aren't worth it to them.
Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from them.
Update: The response to this review is to refer to their return policy and claim they are a "deals" website. It isn't a deal for me to have wasted $20. I will NEVER buy from you again. Good luck staying in business.

Review of Rush My Passport
They make getting your new passport so much easier. They have the process set up step-by-step so you fill the application out properly, send in every single document required and pay the correct amount. They even include the pre-addressed Fed Ex mailer.
You can pay for various time lengths and get a shorter one if you need it. I got the 5 week one and it came right on time by Fed Ex.
Yes, you'll pay for this service but it's worth it!
