I sold an item on Poshmark and after I mailed the item , I received an email from Poshmark asking me not to mail the item. Unfortunately I couldn’t retrieve the item from the post office . It’s been over a month since the item was delivered to the buyer who hasn’t paid for the item. This is the beginning of Poshmark irresponsibility towards the situation . I have sent a total of 4 emails and I keep getting the same generic response. I never got an answer from postmark and my item still with the buyer who hasn’t paid for it.
