Miinto offers nice products, and regular discounts!
I have brought many items and always satisfied. Sometimes it does not fit but customers support team is always available
I can only say that sometimes returns delay treatment can be long, but it does very much depend also on their partners.

My experience has been disappointing. When you buy luxury goods, you expect the customer service to match. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the case. My merchandise was supposed to arrive within 6 days, and the UPS tracking showed that it was being delivered on September 11th, but it didn’t get delivered, it was held up in my town somewhere not available for a pick up. I contacted Miinto, they reassured me that they will reach out to the UPS and solve the problem. Next day the UPS showed the same message - Unavailable for pickup, but the date was moved to the next day. Miinto never tried to solve the problem. If UPS is the problem, why does Miinto work with an unreliable delivery company? I still have not received my order. I hope someone from Miinto will reach out to me soon.

Didnt return the money.

Didnt return the money.
I bought a women's down coat. I made a return at the end of November. It's January now. The money still hasn't been returned. The support service ignores my messages.

Never delivered

Miinto didn't inform me about the fact that the package couldn't be delivered by UPS, didn't accept to change the address of arrival so that I could get it somewhere else, and now the package is currently being returned to Italy where it was sent from.
This is outrageous that I ordered it in the first days of december and won't be able to have the chrismas presents for my close ones.
Update : it's never going to be delivered and will not be payed back totally!!
They're just scammers don't ever buy from them

I'm sorry you experienced problems with the delivery of your package. We understand this can be frustrating.

However, please note that we do not receive a message from UPS when there are problems or delays in delivery. However, you should have received updates from UPS via text message and email.

When I check the shipment, it seems that the driver were missing some information in order to deliver your package. Unfortunately, I don't know what this was specifically.

Anyhow I do see that the amount was refunded the same day the package was returned to our partner.

We apologize once again for the inconvenience, but hope for your understanding.

Great Experience

My order was empty, please refund me

My order has been sent later than expected but most of all, it was empty when I received it. Now Miinto refuses to refund me because they have to wait for an investigation of UPS but this is unacceptable. I'm not responsible of your mistakes, I don't have to pay for them.

Customer service disappointing/packet lost

I pass an order that I never received and I had to explain to the customer service what was the problem that they should have seen by themselves as on the tracking detailed the delivery adress was totally different than the one they mentioned on the front page. Also, I am very disappointed about the updating of the customer service who doesn't respect their commitment. I did ordered a second time because I keep receiving marketing push with promo code. At the end, I shouldn't have ordered regarding my actual experience. Just waiting now that I got reimbursed, but regarding the customer service reactivity, I am not sure it will be done as fast as possible. Very disappointed ! Will no order anymore !

Item did not match the description on website

I was sent an item that did not match the description on the website. I did contact them to try and resolve the issue, which was hard as there is no phone number and a massive delay in response times. But eventually (after I wrote a poor review) soemone got back to me and was very helpful. As such I’ve changed this review to 4/5 stars.
