This Company is appalling - to all UK customers, my sincere advice is to stay well away. We tried multiple times to reach this company for sizing advice before buying, but they never responded to emails. The website advised items come from the Czech republic - we paid over £220 for a blouse, placed an on line in good faith - only to find, having ordered, that the blouse was coming from Bali and that UK customers are not entitled to refunds ( this was hidden information) - only credit notes. On receipt, the blouse was unfortunately way too big ( the chart advised the item we ordered was a UK 10 -12 - in reality it was a generous 14 - 16 by UK sizing. Also it was way over priced for the quality, and looked very different to the photo. When we contacted them they were very slow to respond, refusing any contact by phone - simply sending a link to a returns line which stated that as UK customers, we could not have a refund, ( not visible when we purchased!) - we were given a strange address in the Czech republic / care of a person called Marcela Denkova - to return this item to ( no return label provided/so at full DPD cost to us) - and only given after multiple requests from us, on where to return the item to. They gave a phone number too for the return address, but on calling it, the operator states ‘ this number is no longer in use!’ All very suspicious. We had to chase multiple times for this return address too. We were told we would get a credit note only when the item was received by Marcela Denkova. DPD attempted to deliver, but informed us that the address does not exist in the Czech Republic, and returned the item back to us in the UK. This Company has deliberately obstructed us from trying to return this item and gain even a credit note. They took our money readily but misled deliberately on the fact items come from Bali and are non redundable for UK customers - clearly these sorts of risks if known would put customers off as they are well aware. We are emailing them still and no alternative return address has been provided. We have clearly explained the problem - that couriers cannot locate the return address they have provided. Luc iee have refused to provide an alternative address, but have had the gall to state we only have a short window of time left - which is closing - to return the item ! ( - but fail to give a viable return address.) It is a deliberate obstruction, to retain the £220.
Of course we will exceed the time window for returns if they fail to provide a viable return address - and they are fully aware of this.
I would advise all UK customers to avoid this company. Your clothes are not coming from the Czech R as they state - but the other side of the world, they are over priced, randomly sized, and you cannot get a refund or a credit note, or make meaningful contact. It’s disgraceful. Whoever ‘Luciee is, she should be ashamed of how she is treating UK customers.
This company is a scam. Because the instagram add was alluring, I ordered 3 linen blouses and a linen dress…over $1500.00. All items were too small so upon attempting to return I was informed no refunds if a US citizen. Was first given a return address in Bali to return for store credit. When I reached out to the company the second time I was told to return the items to Denmark. Don’t be fooled by the online adds!
The quality of the clothes is very poor end when you return your purchase, you have to do it bij yourself no returnlabel and then they don’t just return your money, but offer you a coupon for your next puchase and you never ever want to take the chance of another bad purchase.
The item was ordered in time for a wedding. The shirt did not arrive. The parcel was delivered to an unidentifiable address, not ours. Lu-ciee customer service told us to sort it out with the delivery company ourselves, not their problem. Shocking! Asked for a refund as now too late for wedding. Lu-ciee declined as they said goods had been delivered!

I had received a wrong product from Luciee and returning it was a horror for me. Their customer service didn’t believe me that I got a wrong product. Final product was a total disappointment.

I bought a lovely white dress for my wife as a maternity gift, and she was genuinely thrilled with it. The fabric, the fit, the details — everything felt high quality and beautifully made. It’s rare to find clothing that looks elegant and still feels personal, but this brand delivers. The customer service team was helpful when I had a couple of questions before ordering, which made the whole experience really smooth. I bought a 2nd one in black once we found out she was expecting once again!
Really disappointed with Luciee. Faded in one wash. I wouldn’t suggest such overpriced low quality clothes.

My whole experience with Lu-Ciee was just awful. From realizing the clothes were such low quality, to the endless fight with their poor customer service, it was a headache from start to finish. And don't even get me started on their problematic returns process. Never, ever again.
I have been following the brand from the start and I love it !!! Fan of their cotton which is really soft and good quality, as well as the flowy designs. Simple pieces with an edge, easy to mix and match but create a special look 💜
I’ve collected a few pieces from this brand over time and they’re easily some of my most-worn items. The designs are effortless but feel elevated, and the quality really holds up. I love that I don’t have to compromise on style to shop more consciously. Also, the team is super responsive and kind — you can tell they care. Can’t wait to see what they drop next.
