I first bought the ramie blouse and then I was so impressed I got a few more linen items. The fabric is soft and feels alive, and they all just effortlessly goe together.

I was pumped for my Lu-Ciee order, but what a letdown. The clothes are just super low quality especially for what they charge. After just one wash it already looked like I don't owned it for years and the seams were starting to go. Seriously overpriced products for these kind of things. Just skip it.
Luciee has the most beautiful clothes and she went out of her way to make me an exquisite tailored piece. I get comments everywhere I go and just love love my shirts . Gorgeous clothes and lovely service.
I ordered a cashmere polo and the neck does not fit me well, I returned and they will not give me a refund. Terrible company when they claim to be sustainable, they make you buy something else instead of a r refund... avoid them
Truthfully quality poor…but worst part is you have to return to Czechoslovakia at your own expense…and then…you only get store credit…no refund….and it does NOT tell you this unless you look up their return policy. Just awful. I’m keeping as I’m stuck with it and it’s not worth the effort or expense to get a store credit. Good luck to them staying in business.
Make sure you read the reviews before ordering. No money returns ? is this legal ?.
Prices (€ 225 for a shirt) does not match the bad quality at all. Design is not applicable to the photos.

This is a beautiful little shop with Bali based owner with clothes made not far from the shop ... staff is very helpful and the owner is very attentive... my wife needed help, and the owner was in the shop within 10 mins and answered all questions we had and helped us to choose the perfect pieces...
My wife had such a great experience with the website and online help l... very helpful costumer service and prompt...

First of all SIZING- bought the green suede loafer in 39 and they were huge. I liked them enough that I wanted an exchange. I contacted CS who gave me an address to return them in the Czech Republic. They said to list the value as a £10 gift. Dodgy! Also, I had to cover the cost of postage from a reputable carrier, which amounted to £45-£50… this is UNACCEPTABLE .The loafers were £187 so adding an extra £50 to the purchase price to exchange is ridiculous AND sadly prevent me from buying from them ever again. Which is shame as the quality of their clothes are quite good. IF they change this policy then I may be coaxed to return as a customer.

I ordered mules from this company and I didn’t check their return policy. They only offer exchange or credit!
They are based in Bali, it costs a lot to post your item, then you pay duty and they don’t pick it up from the post office for weeks so clearly they don’t have a business that can receive goods. The owner did communicate with me and it as a very long process with me chasing up with Aust and Indonesia post as to where the goods were located. Consequently I have a substantial credit with them that I won’t be using as it will cost me so much to buy something else. Their products are very expensive and clearly from other reviews(which unfortunately I didn’t read before ordering) are poor quality. Stay away from this company, total rip off!

This has to be the worst clothes in the world. Check out the reviews and be warned before you buy. Fabric is cheap and sizing relates to very tiny prople
Never received order. Used tracking service through their links and they tried to steal $47 from me saying they needed my credit card to pay a refundable $1. Wow. Scam.

Incorrect sizing, misleading information ‘Stating true to European sizing” for shoes, but the sizing is completely out of line with European standards. NO REFUNDS, only credit notes. Costly return. Stay away!

Very poor quality - items don’t look like the Photos. Poor material, while being very expensive.
The team does not want to comply with Dutch law that mandates to refund the money when an order is returned. They don’t want to return money - which is fraudulent! Luciee simply does not respond to e-mails anymore..
They remove reviews & post on Instagram. so that all looks great. Very dissapointing and unfair.
I will start a legal procedure as it is inacceptabel that they simply don’t respond.

The items arrived and were nothing like the shirts advertised. Refused to give me a refund and told me to ship them back to Czech Republic as a gift (to avoid customs) for credit note. All very dodgy

Just be aware that no refunds are given for returns, only credit notes or exchanges. While this is stated under the Returns section of the website, it is so unusual to not offer a full refund these days, I didn't check - and got caught out. The issue is then compounded because this business is based in the Czech Republic, so when you return the item from the UK, you pay a fair bit for return postage then pay 15€ postage again to order a new item - and run the risk of issues with customs. The customer service is another challenge - it's not very quick so you might have to wait a few days for a response, and even then you don't always get your questions answered. I am waiting for my replacement blouse and am sure the quality will be fine, but it's been frustrating.
