I used a roofer from Quotatis

I used a roofer from Quotatis, his name is Frank Dunphy. He charged me £2800 to redo a small roof and 3 and half years later, the water is coming into the flat. I was promised a 15 years guarantee and I cannot get hold of him. I am very disappointed by having used "a crook" through Quotatis.

We take feedback from our customers extremely seriously and we do remove tradespeople from our database if they don't meet our high standards. Tradespeople have to provide us with proof of ID and any required qualifications before we allow them to join and we will reject them if they don't meet our quality criteria.

Unfortunately at the moment due to COVID-19, we are running restricted services, some deliveries are currently taking up to 21 working days. This is due to very high demand and while it's not as quick as we usually like, we're confident it will worth a little longer wait!

I placed an order on the 19th of January and never received the product. The payment was taken, £116.39. Someone needs to stop them from selling, it is obviously a scam. How do I get my money back? I cannot even contact them.
