Great product and quality
Great product and quality, easy set up, working well. I love having it. Worth the money vs some of these $5000+ ones. I did have a small air leak around the valve in the cover, but easy 30 second fix with the adhesive.

Ordered the infrared sauna first... it's epic! Then I took the plunge and bought an ice bath.
Very easy to order and I appreciated updates at each step of the delivery process.

Overall great product. I use the sauna and plunge every day.
I did have an issue with my chiller and it stop working after two weeks. The customer support staff was great and I got a replacement due to warranty. Prior to replacement, support staff was great with around the clock trouble shooting ideas for me during the process.

I have received many emails AI auto responder to my complaints, but my chiller has not worked for almost 2 weeks and I cannot get it replaced or even agreed that something is wrong with an actual human.
There is no number for customer service interaction
Your chat mechanism is not sufficient for a customer who can spend this kind of money for a product which appears outstanding, which is why you get two stars instead of one the Service deserves zero stars

We had a problem with the seam of our ice bath top, our first communication was responded immediately because it was AI which I immediately took offence to although please with the prompt response. My response to AI was a personal customer service who took on board my problem, investigated it and resolved it within a day or two. Using AI with personal backup clearly works and I am grateful. Thank you!

Fast delivery. Easyish to assemble. Fantastic product. Love my Vital+ steam sauna.
Only hiccup was the instructions didn’t say it started as soon as you set the time and level.

Be warned
I purchased a cold plunge and chiller from VITAL+ at the end of last year and initially enjoyed using it. However, when the chiller failed, the support experience was disappointing.
Warranty Issues: Despite the product being under warranty, I was offered to have my unit refurbished which would take a period of 10-15 days or receive a replacement for $195, which I found unreasonable.
Replacement Quality: The replacement unit arrived poorly packaged, appeared used, and had visible rust and wear. This raised concerns about its reliability and longevity.
Communication Challenges: VITAL+ only offers email support—no phone contact or live chat with a human. This made resolving the issue slow and frustrating.
Lack of Transparency: I requested the company’s ABN/ACN multiple times to lodge a formal complaint, but they failed to provide it.
Escalation Ignored: Although my case was supposedly escalated to management, I received no further response.
Verdict: I cannot recommend VITAL+ based on this experience. The product may be good, but the after-sales support and accountability are lacking.

Easy to deal with and great product
Do Not Buy from Vital
Received the product Sept 10, 2025. I used it for 2 weeks and went to clean filter and it wasn’t in the unit. I wrote- it takes them a minimum of 2 days to respond. I was bounced back and forth with no resolution, just a promise the issue would be sent to the right person. The cover is faulty as there is a slow leak from the valve as well. Since there has been no solution offered I am trying to initiate a return and am being told I can’t do it without original packaging.

Ordered a replacement pack at a great price and arrived sooner than I expected.

I have had nothing but issues with this chiller. Replaced the valves on my own, received new hoses and valves but still will only run a few days and then it begins to make a lot of noise and doesn't get water through the chiller back into the tub. I have followed instructions via email and the site and this thing is a lemon.
