We had a problem with the seam of our ice bath top, our first communication was responded immediately because it was AI which I immediately took offence to although please with the prompt response. My response to AI was a personal customer service who took on board my problem, investigated it and resolved it within a day or two. Using AI with personal backup clearly works and I am grateful.
