In the rare occasions that I had a minor issue, I reached out to Vital+ support and they were an absolute pleasure. Very quick response time and they are always looking to help resolve your issue with the best solution!

Ordered 2 shirts when City won the Treble and just received them 4 months+ later… There was almost no communication or updates unless I reached out and zero sympathy or compensation for the disastrously slow service and response.

Install was late so that started things on the wrong foot. Following the botched install time, when the first rain following install came, there was an issue with one of the downspouts. So initially things were not so good and was a bit frustrated.
That being said, they quickly came out and corrected things and we have had a few rains since and everything is working beyond expectations and I couldn't be happier!

From the start to the finish, my experience with Brilliance was top notch. I had the opportunity to pick an amazing diamond which they price matched/beat for me. They then were able to make me a beautiful custom ring that my fiance absolutely loves. All through the process Anthony was constantly in contact and made sure that I was kept in the loop the entire way. I strongly recommend working with Anthony and Brilliance to all of my friends and will be back again for sure.
