Stole $120

I placed an order MT338322 on October 16 for a jacket. I purchased through Shop. I have sent 4 emails to ManlyTshirt with no response, and Shop has been no assistance either. They respond, but it is useless, they gave me instructions on how to file the complaint after 30 days.

Do Not Buy from Vital

Received the product Sept 10, 2025. I used it for 2 weeks and went to clean filter and it wasn’t in the unit. I wrote- it takes them a minimum of 2 days to respond. I was bounced back and forth with no resolution, just a promise the issue would be sent to the right person. The cover is faulty as there is a slow leak from the valve as well. Since there has been no solution offered I am trying to initiate a return and am being told I can’t do it without original packaging.

To clarify, our filters don’t come pre-installed, but they are always provided separately inside the box. If yours was missing, that’s definitely not the standard we aim for and we can get some sent to you asap.

Regarding the leak, not to worry, I’ll be sending you troubleshooting steps directly via email to help resolve this quickly. If troubleshooting doesn’t fix it, you are fully covered under our 1-year warranty, and we’ll arrange a replacement unit for you.

Our Australian team is available 7am–7pm AEST, and we always aim to reply within 24–48 hours. Sometimes, with the US time difference, we can miss you, but we’ll make sure to follow through until this is resolved.
