I have had nothing but issues with this…

I have had nothing but issues with this chiller. Replaced the valves on my own, received new hoses and valves but still will only run a few days and then it begins to make a lot of noise and doesn't get water through the chiller back into the tub. I have followed instructions via email and the site and this thing is a lemon.
