I have been thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by Chris, the Fanatec support representative, during my experience. I had a minor issue and Chris went above and beyond to provide a solution. The responses were prompt and direct to the point, which is greatly appreciated. The experience interacting with Fanatec support was a pleasant surprise, and it gives me confidence to stay in the Fanatec ecosystem given the level of service they provided.

So far I have received great service from fanatec. This is the first time I have contacted them since Corsair took over. They have replaced my csp board of an out of warranty pedal set. There was no way I was going to buy another set of pedals yet they assisted me in the best way possible. I truly hope every one that has issues have the same experience I did.

Podium paddles not fully compatible…
Podium paddles are not fully compatible with the Hub v2 as the additional paddle doesn't work.
I have been waiting for over a year for them to fix this and like so many other people, I have found their support to be very unsatisfactory.

I have rarely seen this level of Customer Service. I purchased a Load Cell pedal for €160, which arrived defective. Only a few days later, the price dropped to €80.
I contacted support, speaking with Lex, and their handling of the situation was simply masterful. Not only did they immediately send the functioning replacement unit (handling the RMA), but they also agreed to refund the €80 price difference on my original order!
Resolving a defect and honoring a price drop in one go is an extraordinary commercial gesture.
Lex (Technical Support Advisor) was quick, clear, and utterly decisive. If Fanatec continues to provide this level of support, customer loyalty is guaranteed. Absolutely recommended!

Great experience shipping to the UK
Thought I’d drop a review here of my experience ordering from Fanatec as it seems these guys have gotten a bit of a bad wrap and I think it may be undeserved.
I’m UK based and ordered one of their Ready2Race bundles on Thursday just gone, it turned up the very next Monday which I was very impressed with for international shipping.
Based on what I’ve read online VAT is now charged at checkout rather than having to be paid when the package enters the country meaning that the whole process is much, much quicker now.
As for the equipment itself, I got it up and running on my sim rig yesterday, I’ve only used it for a couple hours but overall I’m very impressed with the quality.

Broken and defective equipment. Fanatec still has the worst service. If they can be asked to contact you that is. Lets offer a refund on a broken product, so the customer loses. I would not recommend this company or any of the products.
