Had a minor disconnection issue with my wheel but couldn't figure out the cause of the issue. However, after contacting customer support, Chris gave me some amazing troubleshooting steps and the wheel is working perfectly once again!

After speaking with an agent on live chat, they had informed me that I could watch the KSI vs Tommy Fury PPV from the beginning, even if the even was still live, and I had bought the PPV assuming that this information was correct. After returning home and realising that this was not the case, I had joined the live chat again and respectfully explained the issue to another agent who did not care to help at all, so I asked for a manager and they ended the chat on me. I had then followed up with an email to see what could be done about the issue at hand and the service that was provided and they never responded, plus the stream itself was very buggy on certain devices. Would rate 0 stars if possible, and I strongly recommend that no one uses this service.
