The customer service was great. I had an issue with my Fanatec wheel base, but they were quick to help when I sent them a message. They asked me about my problem to better diagnose it, and even sent a replacement even though my product was out of warranty. Turns out, I didn’t need the replacement, and they continued to help me solve my issue. As of now, the problem is solved, and I’m back to racing. I appreciate the nice customer service people and will continue to support Fanatec in the future.
