I had a minor issue and Chris went above and beyond to provide a solution. The responses were prompt and direct to the point, which is greatly appreciated. The experience interacting with Fanatec support was a pleasant surprise, and it gives me confidence to stay in the Fanatec ecosystem given the level of service they provided.
