PLEASE PLEASE STOP BUYING LOGITECH/SAITEK PRODUCTS.
This producer of computer hardware is skating on a reputation that was made years ago, now they are one of the worst producers of PC hardware that are trading at the moment.
Products are made on a very cheap budget and software support is beyond bad.
Customer service is also poor.
These days there are many other brands that produce far superior hardware for the current market.

I ordered an item, but never took delivery of it.
This was almost 3 weeks ago. I have discovered, via Logitech's own tracking system the item is stuck in one of its own warehouses, has been scanned every few days, and they know exactly where it is.
They are refusing to re-emburse me for an item they knowingly have in their own possession - in the real world, this is know as financial theft.

I bought this Logitech Harmony remote to consolidate my devices, and it has been nothing but a headache.
The main issue is that even after an excruciatingly long setup process, critical buttons simply do not work reliably. Specifically, I constantly have problems with the Power off
The remote either:
1. Drops commands entirely (I press it, and nothing happens).
2. Sends the wrong command
I spend more time using the "Help" function on the remote to fix basic functions than I ever did juggling multiple remotes. The Harmony is expensive, the setup is buggy, and if the basic controls fail, the whole product is useless. Do not buy this broken system.

Placed an order for a RS50 wheelbase , Pro pedal set , wheel hub and rim on Monday 22nd September as a Birthday present , I only received the wheel hub and rim , UPS tracking showed 3 packages arrived at Eindhoven but the wheel hub and rim was the only one to be shipped the other two were sent back to Logitech for "reasons".
I've had no contact or apology from Logitech , I called on Friday 26th and was told I'd have to claim a refund that could take up to 2 weeks which I did but still no contact from Logitech , will I get my £700 back or will I have to go through customer services again ... guess I've got another week to find out.
Very bad service , wish I'd checked Trustpilot before I placed the order but I thought Logitech were a trusted company.
Update.
Received a refund for the undelivered items and re-ordered the rs50 wheelbase and pro pedal's which turned up 2 days later , thanks.

I have tried various methods to get hold of logitech UK, the chat online bot ( useless ) the phone number on google, useless, says they are open until 6 pm, and voice messages says we are closed at 16h45. Why is logitech avoiding the public making contact. Have I made a mistake buying their products !!!! ?

I bought the new RS50 wheel and pedals because their website said it was in stock.
In reality, only half the product was in stock - the pedals don’t even release until Q4, something they admit on their own blog.
They marked my order as “shipped” but UPS only ever received one box.
When I tried to get help, support fobbed me off with scripted replies, cut chats short, and refused to cancel because their system says “shipped.” They were also unbelievably rude.
So right now I’ve paid hundreds for a product I was expecting this week, but I’ll be lucky to see it before November.
No product. No refund. Misleading stock info and appalling customer service.

Just discovered through Logitech’s own tracking portal (not from any email or message) that my order is now marked “Undeliverable – returned to sender.”
I was never notified by Logitech or UPS, This lack of communication is shocking. I’ve had to chase every single update myself while they continue to hold my money.

All their mouses fail on the scroll wheel, I got like 10 mouses, 2 of them of a mid-high class, and the scroll in all of them stop working after 2 years... i contact their support but their refuse to help me.

The headsets feel clunky, they are too big for my head. And no, i’m not a baby or a teenager, I have an average adult head. The regulators doesn’t help that much too, but at least the sound is fine.

I purchased the Logitech MX Vertical in June 2022 expecting a premium ergonomic mouse with long-lasting quality. Unfortunately, after just about 2 years of light use, the left-click developed the well-known "double click issue."
This is very disappointing for a high-end product in this price range. I contacted Logitech support with proof of purchase, photos, and even the invoice, but they refused to provide any replacement or solution since the standard warranty had just expired.
Considering this is a common defect that many users experience, I expected better support and durability from a brand like Logitech. Potential buyers should be aware of this recurring issue.

When i bought works normally and good, but after you a while they will start to break. My logitech headphones after 1 year does not charge properly and have random noice lags and my mouse's paint is peeling off. Not worth the money

You should not be charging 100 bucks for headphones that have no bass on phone (even with various equalizers), are constantly glitching and making weird demonic noises. The league of legends version of these heaphones cost less yet sounds 100 timws better for whatever reason so please ffs logitech make better stuff and stop overcharging us. First and last time im buying ANYTHING from logitech. Oh and also your software absolutely sucks.

Brand New G435 headset broke within a week. The headband is not an adult size and snapped in the middle. Item feels light and cheap flimsy, do not recomend for adults at all.

Found a keyboard, which looked different on their pages, so I could not use it since the letters are light grey on a dark grey background.
Also, the keys were extremely loud, unlike the previous Logitech keyboard, which sadly was missing letters and the battery no longer charged.
Support was a catastrophe, where I was initially told I was not even authorised to access support and when I finally managed to get some sort of contact, I was rerouted several times and had to provide the same, identical information again and again, as though they were trying to wear me out and abort my simple request to return the keyboard I had bought just days prior.
I was told I was way over the 30 day return period. After 4 days.
It took me an hour just to get a shipping label, something other companies manage in minutes with just a single contact agent. Not good.
