I do appreciate a lot that everytime I contact Fanatec I get good support, it might not be the fastest but I am impressed that they take and help everybody as long as you can provide a serial number of your device. This time I needed a cable replacement since mine broke, I was concerned of a high price tag, but no, cable will be sent to me at no cost. Thank you again Fanatec!
