Very quick delivery and good communication throughout so i knew when to expect my items.

Amazing company. Very happy with my Treq one basic rig, and many upgrades including advanced keyboard tray, triple monitor mounts, cup holder, towbar, side profile arm and numerous mounts such as shifter and handbrake.

Super fast delivery and very competitive pricing. Customer service is great too and you get really quick answers through their discord which has a family vibe to it.

Treq is a brand you can trust, wouldn’t hesitate buying more stuff from them.

Ordred some stuff on 9th October and it arrived on 27th October. That's fine with me as i expected there to be delays. Problem for me lies with consistency. Placed another order 3 days later on the 12th October and still no clue about when it's going to be shipped. Not a massive issue but it's a little bit annoying. The product is first class though, very well built and i'm happy with my purchase. Just feel fanatec need to improve their communication, can't keep blaming the new logistics provider, eventually they are going to have to fix the issues. No doubt they could also offer vouchers or something for money off next purchases but yet to see they have even consisdered that.

UPDATE: finally got tracking number some 4 weeks after placing my second order on the 12th October. Expect i'll have to probably wait another 2 weeks or thereabouts for delivery. So maybe looking at 6 weeks in total which is a big increase in shipping delivery when compared to the first delivery which took 18 days.

Really good experience. PC delivered in 5 days. Ordered a wrong part in my custom build and they switched it for the actual part I wanted without any fuss. Communication throughout was good. Overall I’m very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Love this company. Great service, speedy deliveries and always seem to have parts in stock when other companies are out of stock. Prices slightly cheaper than competitors too.

Great shop, great customer service and very knowledgeable about RC stuff

I’ve had bad experiences with other laser tattoo removal companies before, so much so that it’s been many years since my last treatment. After finally deciding that I would give it another go, I researched ‘pain free tattoo removal’ and came across NAAMA. My experience so far has been really positive, from the different tests they do on your skin to analyse the ink colours, right through to selecting the right lasers - compared to other treatments I’ve received in the past, this new technology is a lot less painful and my skin hasn’t blistered like it did with other treatments I had done before. I’m very happy I’ve chosen this company to remove my tattoo - the staff are super friendly and put you at ease immediately and the customer service via email etc is first class.

Ordered a large ravens jumper, the size came back medium - online returns form is broken so can't return the item. Customer services don't return emails and when you phone they hang up on you or the line cuts off because they are too busy. The levels of ineptitude this company displays is truly something to behold.
