Tariff discount notification
I received a notification for either a partial refund on a product I had ordered back in May or a 25% discount on a future order due to a tariff change. I saw a promo on a ready to race bundle that included the sim rig, DD wheelbase, steering wheel and pedals. I decided it was a good deal and ordered it for my kids. I submitted the request for the 25% discount code to apply against my order. It took a little over a week for my discount code to be sent but I was able to place another order using the discount code. Caolan and Victor in customer service handled my request very professionally and very promptly. Thank you to Caolan, Victor and Fanatec. I appreciate that they would even offer this refund/discount due to tariffs. I appreciate you guys and I am extremely satisfied with your products.
