Horrible experience, never buying again

I ordered a chair, they sent me the wrong one. After emailing them back and forth, they kept denying it was the wrong chair until they finally admitted. They asked me to repackage it so they can arrange for a collection. I have been trying to get them to answer my emails but every time i contact them, they keep denying it again and ask me for the details all over again. When i tell them, they disappear and stop replying, so i have to send them another email and do it all over again. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. My chair is ready to be returned but no replies from their customer service and there's no other way to contact them. Dowinx, you need to really consider how you are treating customers. I am Still trying to contact them so i can arrange collection of the chair if they ever communicate properly. Never buying from these guys again. The quality of the chair was so poor too, it was like a squeaky toy and they never sent me my customised pillow.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I was stupid enough to ignore all the bad reviews on here about customers having to wait for months and not getting their orders. I somehow thought this wouldn't apply to me, I was so wrong. I ordered in mid June 2025. It has been exactly 104 days and I still haven't received my order to this day. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, between the misinformation, lack of communication, excuses and missed deadlines, I ran out of patience eventually. First it was the nvidia supply issue excuse, after about two months when that excuse was no longer valid, I was promised my pc would be with me in 2-3 weeks. Now that they claim they have all the components, suddenly the components are turning out to be "faulty". First my CPU was supposedly "faulty" now it's my motherboard and that is what's causing the delays now. I have asked them to send me photos of the build whatever stage it is at but they just refuse to do so and I have no idea where my PC even is, if they have even ordered the components or not yet. The communication is absolutely atrocious and I have to email them several times to even get a reply to one email sometimes. I have reported them to my bank's scam team and I will take them to court. They seem to be completely incompetent when it comes to fulfilling order and i think this goes high up. Don't buy from them thinking this will not happen to you. If you do have to buy from them, don't pay them with bank transfers, don't use debit card only use credit card or PayPal. I wish i could back in time or listened to the reviews. Save yourself from months of nightmares, stress and anxiety and buy form Scan or Overclockers.
