So disappointed with customer service
Like others in the recent reviews, I also have had trouble receiving an update or tracking number on my chair and feel like this may be a scam. I received an email that was sent to me and about 10 others about a shipping delay and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait and I responded that I would wait but I never received a confirmation back confirming they received my message or even a new tracking number! The chair should have arrived at their warehouse yesterday and still nothing. I’m so disappointed and may just have to dispute this with my card company if they don’t get back to me soon.
