Zero customer service
Received my chair on August 30th. Put my chair together and realized it was nothing like they described on their website. The backrest is rock hard has zero padding and is not comfortable whatsoever. I emailed them and explained that the chair was not for me and I'd like to return it. I have received zero follow through I have emailed them over 10 times and have received 0 help or reply from the company. They have no customer service number and they have no live chat. Their website says they have a customer service number and a live web chat they do not.
They claim to have this amazing 30-day return policy but yet they do not get back to you. This company seems to be nothing more than a cash grab scam. The quality of product they promise and the actual product they deliver are nowhere close to the same. I tried to be polite and nice and after multiple attempts to contact them with no reply this is ridiculous.

I will be reporting them to every agency I can until I can get a refund to return the chair. I will also be contacting my card company to see if I can force a refund as this is unacceptable.
