Horrible experience, never buying again

I ordered a chair, they sent me the wrong one. After emailing them back and forth, they kept denying it was the wrong chair until they finally admitted. They asked me to repackage it so they can arrange for a collection. I have been trying to get them to answer my emails but every time i contact them, they keep denying it again and ask me for the details all over again. When i tell them, they disappear and stop replying, so i have to send them another email and do it all over again. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. My chair is ready to be returned but no replies from their customer service and there's no other way to contact them. Dowinx, you need to really consider how you are treating customers. I am Still trying to contact them so i can arrange collection of the chair if they ever communicate properly. Never buying from these guys again. The quality of the chair was so poor too, it was like a squeaky toy and they never sent me my customised pillow.
