Used Garolla to install a custom size garage door in our new extension. Communication was great throughout, and I felt the initial surveying engineer and the installation engineer (Josh) both took the time to explain options and function of the doors. Prices were transparent throughout, would definitely recommend

I was knocked off my bike by one of their cars. Driver left without giving any details and I didn't get their number plate before they left. Contacted their customer services to be told apparently they have no information about which cars/drivers are working at any given time!

Emails were rude, dismissive, no interest to look into it all - as I didn't have photo evidence of the car to prove it was them they didn't want to know.

No evidence of any duty of care by the driver or the company, would not get in one of their cars

Positives: delivered within time window

Negatives: main box looked like it had been thrown down the stairs, then wrapped in clear plastic to keep it together, which causes 2 of the parts inside to be snapped. Came as 5 boxes, so after the first 2 were delivered I explained to the delivery person that I would move them upstairs to make room in the hallway for the rest. Only when they were all delivered did they explain they needed a photo of all 5. I said I would go and get the other 2 and bring them down for the photo - there was already mud in the hallway so didn't want them coming up the stair carpet. They ignored this, following me upstairs getting mud on the carpet.

(previous review written in error for similar sounding merchant) JT Atkinson's click and collect service was excellent, easy collection and staff even helped me load into car. Will definitely be using again

Grass of excellent quality, and very pleased with quality. Ordered Lucerne grass for out back yard, with brilliant results. Really soft under foot, so no concerns for our toddler playing on it. Easy to fit myself, although I felt I needed more securing pegs per M2 than they recommend.

Only mild gripe was that the warehouse I visited in Shipley did not have samples of every time that I could take home to check with my wife.
