Waiting at Leeds Bradford airport for taxi 30mins when we had already pre booked it and paid for, had to phone them up to ask where taxi is was told it would be 5 mins, now been waiting another 15 mins. Was told they no longer are the main operator for LBA airport. Terrible service but they are happy to take your money and not provide service.
