LBA taxis are rubbish and expensive

On 2 occasions I have been forced to use Arrow cars at LBA .
Both occasions I was asked to walk over the car park to the taxi which had gone to the wrong pickup area, the second time I refused and chose to wait for another vehicle, I did this because I have walking difficulties hence getting a cab. This company are rubbish when it comes to service also the price is so high £6 more than my local.
I will never use again.

Grocery purchase not delivered

Ordered a list of groceries one night and was never delivered £67 charged to my debit card and no refund despite them telling me I would have to wait 5 days for a refund. Now a month later and no refund plus they tell me I'm too late.
Robbing buzzards.

Otley old road Ls16, Useless.

Totally unhelpful even rude, customer service is completely unheard of in the Otley old road Ls16 branch.
If I could leave zero stars I would.
They are less than useless.

Ls227 15th September delay.
Jet2 say the delay was 2hours50mins even though I have a photo of the plane on the tarmac at 3hours2 mins .
Sorry Jet2 but on this occasion you let us down badly.

Terrible company and service

Terrible company and service. Rented from lba a small car for collection, when I got there they had given my car to someone else because I was late even though I had been charged £105 to my cc. Offered me a larger car at £230 extra. No other offer so I cancelled and went to hertz. 6 weeks later received a partial refund of £45 because I cancelled on the day even though they didn't have a car.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I will amend this when I get my refund.
Watch this space.
