I recently used Arrowcars Taxi at Bristol airport for the first time and last time, It was absolutely ripped off. I was told the journey would take 35 minutes, but when I checked Google before trip and at the taxi office, it said it would only take 15 minutes. I felt like I had no choice but to take the taxi as I didn’t see a taxi rank at the airport. Once I got in the taxi, the meter said it would take 30 minutes, but as the driver started driving, it recalculated to just 15 minutes. The driver went on to tell me that the office put in a different location. I definitely wouldn't recommend this taxi company. It cost me £45 for a 13 minute taxi ride. The taxi driver was a nice gentleman though who told me to use UBER when going back to airport. I would recommend downloading UBER app or taking a short walk to the Airport Tavern pub to get a taxi. This crowd will rip you off. Oh my UBER taxi back to airport cost £12

“Seat allocation”

The emergency exit seat was allocated to my daughter, who is twelve years old. After learning that my daughter was assigned the emergency exit on the loud speaker, my mother requested the air hostess (unknown name) to move my daughter's seat. In response, the hostess was rude and abrupt, stating we should have paid extra to sit together. As my daughter is under 16 and unable to help in emergency situations, we wanted her to move for safety reasons. In two instances, the cabin crew didn't acknowledge the request, until my daughter go upset. Have written a customer complaint 3wks ago and still haven’t receive a response on the matter.

Very unhappy customer. Received this gift card which I was unable to use due to Covid lockdown and being high risk unable to use in shops.
Today checked balance and worthless half the balance has gone even when tried to use the balance left. it declined my payment.
Nothing detailing this on leaflet that card is attached too
