Overpriced for a short journey, speeding

Overpriced for a very short journey. I booked at the office once I had exited the airport (the desk clerk was friendly). I was told there was a 15 minute wait but, luckily, the driver was available immediately. He had a surly/resentful demeanor as he walked me through the transport exchange during which he stopped to talk to (presumably) colleagues. He proceeded to drive aggressively, 20 mph over the speed limit down narrow, bendy country lanes. I was thankful the journey was short. I wouldn't use Arrow again.

Unimpressed

The parcel was out for delivery two days later than estimated. Eventually, it was confirmed today that the package would be delivered today between 19:00 and 21:00. I waited up for the parcel to arrive. I diligently watched the tracker map on the app; the driver was near my house but then proceeded to drive away from my town within the last hour of the slot. Now, the tracker on the app says "Sorry we missed you. Please manage your parcel delivery preferences." This is a lie. There was no attempt to deliver. Now I have to waste more time waiting for it on another date. There is no option to get it delivered to a local shop.
Sadly, I have had this experience with Yodel before and, had I realized the courier for today's package was Yodel, I wouldn't have bothered ordering the item.

That’s unbelievably frustrating. You did everything right—stayed up, tracked the driver, and still ended up with a delivery failure that never even happened. The fact that this has been a repeated issue only makes it worse. You shouldn’t have to waste more time dealing with this kind of inconvenience.

Chasing the agent to chase the operator

We are 4 days away from departure and we have still not received any tour documents from the tour operator. The past few days we have been constantly chasing the operator via the Tourradar messaging service and calling Tourradar directly. While the design of the Tourradar platform is user friendly, this does not count for much when Tourradar do not appear to particularly care whether the tour operator fulfils basic service requirements. At no point have we received an apology for the inconvenience and stress this situation is causing us nor has Tourradar offered to call us back with status updates in this regard. It is down to us to constantly call (at one time I was in a queue for 25 minutes before I could speak to someone) to chase the agent to chase the operator. It goes without saying this is not what I want to be doing in the days leading up to my holiday. I regret the booking. It seems it would have been far less stressful to organise our own tour.

Ok product until it breaks/poor customer service

I purchased a washing machine in May 2021. On 18th December 2021 the drum stopped rotating. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone to report the fault, an engineer arrived a few days later on the 22nd. He left around 5 minutes after he arrived and said he had to order replacement parts. By 6th January, I hadn't heard anything. Once again, I sat on hold for around 20 minutes before speaking to someone who said they would chase the parts. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an update call the same day apologising for the delay and assuring me the parts had been despatched the previous day and that I could expect to hear from the engineer the next week. Of course, since then, I have heard nothing and I have been without a washing machine for just over a month. I chased by email on 13th December and have received no response. I am not looking forward to calling them again and sitting on hold. The customer service Beko provides is very poor and the products they make are clearly hit and miss. I was very pleased with the machine until it stopped working and I regret not reading the reviews of the repair service before I purchased it. I cannot recommend their products or customer service.

Excellent Service and Reasonably Priced

Soti Move were responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure to deal with Andrey who was only too happy to answer any queries I had. He filled me with confidence that my furniture and belongings would be safe on the long journey from London to Pembrokeshire. I was not disappointed. On the day, Andrey and his team were punctual, efficient and took great care with my belongings. I have the sense every job is important to Soti Move - I would not hesitate to recommend them.
