Extortionately overpriced

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!
I was charged £25.50 for a 2 minute journey of less than a mile from Bristol airport. I had to take a taxi as the road was a narrow busy lane with no lighting, so extremely dangerous to walk. I tried to contact them via their online form and a mandatory section is missing so can't submit the form; I tried to email them and they bounce back as the email addresses doesn't exist! I also tried to call them with the number they have published on Trustpilot and it goes to a mobility shop in Leeds!

Shocking!!

If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service is shocking! My hotel was cancelled by lastminute and the alternative was a downgrade so not happy. Lastminute said they will give me a refund but I will not get refunded the commision last minute would have made AND the total amount for the flights. I am pretty sure these reviews fall on deaf ears but if Ive prevented one person from booking with them, my review would be worth it.

Simon fitted a new boiler back in 2014 and it has never missed a beat. Simon is a friendly giant and his work is outstanding and will not hesitate to recommend him. I recently ran into an issue where I needed a gas pipe moved, Simon came out and did the job there and then. No job is too small.

Marks on walls

I am so disappointed with the product I bought that I really need to say something.

I painted the whole of our house in chic shadow matt a few months ago and followed the instructions on the tin to the letter.

I'm constantly having to touch up marks on the walls. If you lean up against or brush past a wall, it leaves a mark. If you just touch the walls with an object like a shoe or a bag, it leaves a mark. My son leaned over my bedside table to turn off our Christmas lights last night, and there is a new mark on the wall! This is happening all over the house so it's not just one wall.

It feels like I've painted my house with really cheap paint and that's what I would expect to happen but this has cost me a small fortune and my time spend doing it.

I have given up on touching up the areas that need it as it feels I'll never stop and every day there are a few more new marks. I'm going to have to repaint the entire house AGAIN.

Outstanding service!!

We decided to go to Wickes as there was an offer of 1/2 price installation. I am so glad we did as we had the best service from Alan Ansell. Alan was super knowledgeable on the entire range and most importantly, he knew who his target audience was and did not push the high-cost items.

The management of the fitting was outstanding and I felt completely comfortable with going away and leaving them to it.

The aftersales service from Alan has been great and he even popped round afterwards to make sure everything was right.

I can't recommend Wickes and more, and if you do go and get a quote, ask for Alan, you won't be disappointed.

They lie and don't show up to viewings

They lie, and do not attend scheduled viewings. They gave me a scheduled time to view a property in a busy part of Paignton. We had to park in a multi story car park, got to the property ahead of time, no agent was present. We stayed 15 minutes after the arranged meeting time and then left. I called the Paignton office to find out where the agent was and was told they'll find out and call me back. 20 minutes later, I had to call them again as they didn't return my call. They spoke so badly to me and said that they'll get the agent to call me. 3 hours later, the agent called! He said that he was in the car park around the back of the apartments! First all, who waits in the car park at the back, and secondly, we walked around the back into the car just before leaving and saw no-one! An absolute lie!
