Having spent a month searching the internet for contact details I have at last received a refund which should have been automatic

We always use Arrow cars to get to Bristol Airport and have found them to be very reliable. At the beginning of November I, unfortunately, had to cancel a prebooked trip and obtaining a refund has been impossible. No amount of phone calls have been ignored and their email contact form has a missing "essential" box so no use.

Excellent response in two weeks for a claim due to sickness just before travel. We are in our 80's and found the policy good value. Would use them again
