Order never delivered, no refund in 2.5 months!!
Ordered a new fancy Air-condition on 30th June.
Apparently they don't have it (must be the IVA change from 6 to 23%!)
Since then they are not refunding my 700 euros!
They should automatically refund when they cannot honour the order, like everyone else!
On top of that they never answer the phone, neither they answer emails.
Thankfully I paid via card not bank transfer, so I will now ask my card provider.
I rarely have to put a 1 star review (for absence of 0 stars)...
A thumbs up but company needs to improve
I bought a Galaxy Tab A9+ from this company on 13 August 2025. The delivery was advised as 19 August but on the 20th I received an email to say there was a delay because of a supply issue and offering me the option of cancelling and receiving a refund, which I took. I was then advised that the refund would be paid within 5 business days, which did not happen. I wrote to the company on 29 August, and 2 September, complaining about the situation and received the refund on 4 September, but at today's date have received no other communications from them. I was worried about the situation partly because of the bad reviews that this company has been receiving but I have now been refunded and wanted to give a positive review to encourage the company to try to improve their processes and better inform the customer. I also acknowledge that the company might be undergoing some commercial stresses and that they are probably trying to do their best.

When last day was reached,. I wrote to them, asking for tracking number.
They said it was out of stuck but it should be in their stock next week, that is now 3 weeks ago and they do not respond on mail,neither do they answer the phones.
Today I seethe same product I ordered, is still mentioned as in stock, this might be a scam company.
I will write in the book of reclamation.

Turns out it was a fun experience
I ordered a phone but the deadline came and they didn't ship it. However after contacting them on facebook they did reply and sent the item which I received the next day so in the end all was right.

Worst store I’ve ever bought anything from. Paid for 3 items in January 18th. Website has information about the order being delayed and the expected delivery date is February 3rd. Today is February 21st and I haven’t been able to reach out to any kind of customer service. Calling the number on the website is like walking into a maze without an exit. No matter what option you select or even if you don’t select any, the inevitable result is call termination because they are currently receiving “a lot of phone calls”. Filling the contact form on the website is also useless, but at least is less painful. If you’re reading this please join me and order some lightning cables from this store and help these poor guys fill the next AliExpress order.
Worst customer service, awaiting for refund
Ordered and paid for new washing machine in full, expected 2 week delivery. One month later, shop decided to "recall" the washing machine from transport company which had machine "in storage". No reasons given or care taken. No contact from anyone at the store until they decided not to deliver the machine I have already paid for. I am now waiting to get my refund via KuantoKusta. I am guessing this is likely to take weeks and weeks. I'll see you soon and I'll make sure I don't repeat the mistake.

I bought a ninja foodi for 250 euros that stopped working after 2 months. After long time they responded that I need to send it to porto when I am in Lisbon.

I normally don't write reviews because I have never experienced this. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent order I placed with your company. The order, which included a washing machine, took an unacceptable three weeks to be delivered. To add to the confusion, I received a text message a day after the actual delivery stating that the order would be delivered that morning.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the washing machine was not functioning at all—it does not turn on. I contacted your customer support team immediately regarding this issue. However, I was only instructed to send the faulty product back without any further guidance on how to proceed. Additionally, I have found it extremely difficult to get in touch with your customer support team. My calls go unanswered, and my messages are only responded to after a day or more.
This experience has been highly frustrating and inconvenient. I request that you provide clear instructions on how to return the faulty washing machine and expedite the process of either replacing the product or issuing a full refund. I also urge you to improve your customer support response times to prevent such issues in the future.
Non- existent and confusing communication
I give them 1 star for non existent and confusing communication. I received a message in the middle of the night (3am) telling me to check the goods that were sent for damage. I wasn’t expecting the goods until Monday (this was Friday morning) as their courier company had given the expected delivery date. I rechecked the tracking at 04:00 only to be shocked when it said item was no longer in transit but had been received at 17:18 on Thursday. I got a torch and ran out to the street but nothing was there. Looks like whoever updates their tracking is useless. The expected delivery date came and went - I waited all day on Monday and also tried to confirm delivery was actually occurring but, apart from 1 message back to say they would check courier I heard nothing.
I just wish I’d bought it at one of the cheaper sources as they couldn’t be any worse than this gang.
Update: Again a message indicates they will update me ASAP but I hear nothing back until a driver phones me (whilst I’m in another country) to say he has a delivery for me. They can’t even pass messages between themselves never mind to the customer.

Terrible service. They sent the order with a company that has absolutely no way to contact them. And, the parcel is stuck at the delivery company. Nobody tries to reach me, neither Aquario nor the delivery company answers any emails. The delivery company even has its contact form broken.

I ordered a phone. It arrived a couple of days later than expected. I read the other comments and was getting worried that the shop is a scam, but it's not.
The costumer service is very bad. it's not possible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. But I did get an answer via email.
I would order from a more reliable shop if you can. But it's not a scam.

Navigating their policy for canceling orders feels like a convoluted process. Instead of a straightforward cancellation option within the order tab, you're required to submit a cancellation in a separate form, adding an unnecessary layer of complexity.
During Black Friday, prices seem to be inflated rather than offering the expected discounts. In my experience, I canceled a fridge, followed the advice of their customer service representative to purchase a different one, only to find out that the initial fridge was still dispatched.
Trying to reach them via phone is a frustrating endeavor. The lines are consistently busy, and if you manage to get through, the call is abruptly cut off after just two minutes, leaving you with the need to call repeatedly to address your concerns. Overall, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Na minha experiência, cancelei a compra de uma geladeira, seguindo a recomendação dos funcionários durante uma ligação, apenas para descobrir que a primeira geladeira ainda foi despachada.
Entrar em contato por telefone é uma experiência frustrante. As linhas estão sempre ocupadas, e se você consegue falar com alguém, a ligação é encerrada abruptamente após apenas dois minutos, obrigando a chamar repetidamente para resolver as questões. No geral, a experiência tem sido nada menos que um pesadelo.
The first order exceeded my expectations. But the second one was disappointing
The first order went perfectly. The order was delivered before the scheduled date. I was very glad.
But already the second order in this store made me very upset. Nothing was delivered on the scheduled delivery date of the order. And they didn't even report the delivery delay. When I wrote to support myself, they said that one of the goods was still awaiting from the suppliers, but they could bring all the other goods at no additional cost. As a result, some of the goods were delivered 5 days later than planned. And one of the goods in the order has not yet been delivered. Although more than two weeks have already passed since the planned delivery date. And support doesn't respond to my requests.
It is worth saying that the order included heaters and a dehumidifier. It was cold and wet outside and every day the delivery was delayed was very frustrating. This company should have immediately advised that one of the heaters could not be delivered on time and offered to deliver all other items in the order as soon as possible. That would suit me.
