Turns out it was a fun experience

I ordered a phone but the deadline came and they didn't ship it. However after contacting them on facebook they did reply and sent the item which I received the next day so in the end all was right.

Started sending me SMS out of the blue…

Started sending me SMS to my personal phone out of the blue and in order to cancel it, I have to go to a basic website where it is MANDATORY provide my national identification number?! What kind of scam is this?!

Inexistant customer support

Regarding the issue with "Content control", I emailed these guys a dozen times but never got an answer. Besides I have difficulties acessing certain sites that should be safe. Clearly a company that doesn't care for his customers. They don't even care to reply in Trustpilot, while other providers do. Shame on Lebara!

Had some issues, but in the end they fixed it.

I bought an “All in One” bundle, that comes with 1000 International Minutes, but I’m unable to make phone international calls! It always says “You’ve dialed an incorrect number”. I tried contacting by phone (322), no one _EVER_ picked up the phone, I tried emailing them, they replied _ONCE_ and never heard from them again.. these guys are cheating, a product that doesn’t work out of the box?? ZERO phone customer support? HORRIBLE email support? How are these guys allowed to make business??

*EDIT (29th June)* Sorry CJ, but the problem is not solved yet :( Still waiting for the solution.

*EDIT* (7th July) The problem is now solved, although the internet is still a bit capped (like almost all MVNO in UK). I will give VectoneMobile another chance and continue with them for now, since the service is cheap and better than other low-cost MVNOs.

The concept is good and it's well developed

But unfortunately the prices of the rooms in the platform are higher than on other platforms.

Also, the zoom sometimes does NOT show all flats.

Other than that, it's a great concept. You just need to bring more ads.
