A really bad company

A really bad company. Nothing to do with me just intrude on your life and when you refuse to give them personal information they simply cut you off. Unprofessional, nasty and plain wrong.

Putting you off keeping up to date

Got an email to update the address attached to the account. I have recently moved, so it was a handy reminder. Unfortunately they want to charge me to change the address. Hardly an encouragement to keep everything right? Its all online and hardly an effort on their part.

I must add, after contacting Identibase customer services about the issues changing my details they were very helpful and understanding. They also explained logging in can be a problem from abroad.

Cannot trust,

Ordered 3 items, only received 2. Unable to contact the company by phone as they will not answer and they will not respond to emails. Really untrustworthy company.

Fantastic service

We contacted getsortd for our NIF numbers while still in the UK. We had a Skype consultation to discuss which visa would be the best option for my partner as I have a EU passport. We forwarded all the required documents, took the stress away from trying to get an AIMA appointment. We are kept updated, and had our appointment after 6 month, which is quite good compared how long others are waiting, it’s for the family reunification visa. Sara the solicitor attended as well which was a blessing. Absolutely fantastic service, I would definitely recommend them, I would have been so stressed trying to arrange all this besides work. Helpful staff

Helpful staff, not pushy but there when you had questions. Delivery was on time, driver called when he was on his way. I would definitely buy another Bed as it was hassle free.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, a little slow in responses to questions. Items sizes are a little odd at times, orders same style in different colours, one fits perfect and one feels like a bigger size. Will order again though
