Never ever order a delivery through this company

They are the worst delivery company in Portugal. They expect you to wait for the parcel any time 24/7. They ignore the instructions, and the contact form is broken on their website. There is absolutely no way to reach them and get your parcel. 10 days after the failed delivery nobody contacted me. The parcel is still not delivered. Oh, and their staff doesn't know how to use an elevator. I guess, that's the only reason why they'll be waiting for you at the building door instead of making literally two steps to the apartment's door.

Terrible service. Avoid at any cost

Terrible service. They sent the order with a company that has absolutely no way to contact them. And, the parcel is stuck at the delivery company. Nobody tries to reach me, neither Aquario nor the delivery company answers any emails. The delivery company even has its contact form broken.

Unreliable service

It's a terrible and unreliable service. It took 2 days for them to fix the non-working OpenVPN protocol on all of their servers. Most likely, they discovered the issue only because I sent them an email on the second day as the status page was all green both days. And, they don't provide any instructions how to set up any other protocol on my OS. So, I was left with no service at all for 2 business days. And, they didn't offer any compensation or refund. I'm completely disappointed and don't recommend it to anyone.
