Promissed delivery within days.

Promised delivery within days.
When last day was reached,. I wrote to them, asking for tracking number.
They said it was out of stuck but it should be in their stock next week, that is now 3 weeks ago and they do not respond on mail,neither do they answer the phones.
Today I seethe same product I ordered, is still mentioned as in stock, this might be a scam company.
I will write in the book of reclamation.

I have just started my new life as…Digital nomad

I have just started my new life as digital nomad, full time living in a autocamper, travelling around Southern Europe. I found that Tracktive had the solution I needed, to fell secure that I will always be able to find my dog, if anything happen. Travelling around all the time, will make it almost impossible for the dog to find home, but now home can find the dog. Thank you for making me feel safe regarding my dog.

I ordered tailgate support for my Volvo…

I ordered tailgate support for my Volvo V70 1998, but they where 0.5cm too long, also measured with the originals on the car. The advertising say they are 27cm, but they are 27.5cm long, from center of the hole, to center of the other hole. I purchased a new set from another brand, paid for it and send the first set back, still waiting for my refund now. The new set arrived and they where also wrong length, 27.5cm, even if it is set to be 27.0 cm. These supporters are impossible to push together, even with full body weight (100kg) So I gave up and cut it in both ends, to get the correct measure and they now fit perfectly on my car. I like your service and the product might also be good, but the sizes on this part is very wrong.

Purchased a battery which needed to be…

Purchased a battery which needed to be replaced due to faulty. Since I moved to Portugal in the meantime, they said they could only refund, due to not able to send the replacement to Spain. Informed I do not have the bank account in Spain anymore, so they requested my new Portuguese account information, which I gave them. After 2 weeks, I asked when I will receive the refund, they told me that they sent them to the original account I used when purchasing the battery and told me to contact the bank to get the money. This is not on me, I gave exactly what was requested from me and you never the less sent the money to a account I don`t have anymore. They are still today refusing to fix this and telling me that I have to contact my bank, it is NOT my bank anymore and it is for you to fix, since you messed up. Really bad service.

After message from XLMoto that they would look into it, the don`t answer my message anymore, I requested to talk to a manager, but silent.
Not a serious company, not to be trusted.

After writing 3 times to support. UPDATED

After writing 3 times to support, I was contacted more than a week after. I got absolutely no help, I had to spell my email address 6-7 times, for the agent in the phone. I was told that they would check my services and come back to me, have still not happen. I was told to forward a email I received, so they could see it, have not heard anything. I had the system installed the 28th of April and I have still not got any answers on the issues and my questions about how to. I do not think the system is configured correct and there might be some fault. I am aggravated that I have to pay the full month for the first month, when Iberdrola show no interest in me as a customer after the installation. I really do regret, that I did not stay at EDP and choose there solar panel service. If I am able to, I would like to terminate my services at Iberdrola and go back to EDP, at least they contact you on a request. Today it is the 13th of May, no contact, no info and my 14 days regret period is passed.
UPDATE:
Today is the 23rd of November and issue remain.
I have waited since May to get this resolved, but no contact at all.
I have now disconnected the whole system and made it ready for either collection, or trash.
Are now creating a claim to the ombudsman and are not paying anything more, before they contact me with a solution.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

The company I think is ok

The company I think is ok, only used it a few times. The monitor is pretty good, only thing there need improvement is the lack of a button to switch to another display port.
For example, I use it with one computer and want to switch to another one, you need to press button behind the monitor to get to setup menu.
Then scroll down to window settings, choose window settings, press enter, choose single window, press enter, choose input source, press enter, choose HDMI 2 and press enter. On my TV I only press source and choose for example HDMI 2. I use it with work laptop, private PC and Raspberry, so guess the settings button will worn out pretty fast. But a really nice monitor over all.

Pool not open as promised and advertising.

Original a very nice camping with good service, at least the last two times we where here. After a long dusty weekend in the mountains in Barcelona, we went back to Malaga where we live. We looked forward to get a well deserved cool off in the pool, since it closes at 20:00. We drove like a rocket to be here in time for that and receptionist confirmed the pool was open until 20:00. At 19:30 we stood at the closed door, very dissatisfied. We went to reception who confirmed again, but after calling on the radio, the answer was sorry, but it's open tomorrow. Is it too much to ask for, to be able to rely on signs and reception? Removing 2 stars.
However, after visiting the bar/restaurant and ordered the camping burger, I will give one star back. I expected a burger made from frozen meat for the 12 euro it cost, so I had no high expectations, but I was very wrong. That burger was a little peace of heaven, I will definitely recommend it.
Still upset about the Pool though, so I end up with giving 4 stars, the pool thing costed the last star.

First of all, I will say that I have only good things to say about the lepant store in Barcelona, where I had two rent to buy scooters.
Now I live in Malaga and needed a new rent to buy scooter, so I ordered the exact same model as I had before. When I requested info on price for the same model I had before (I spoke with main office via mail in Barcelona) I was told 180euro a month for 24 month and 1000km pr month. When scooter arrived to the Malaga store, it was the wrong model they send me. They ordered the correct model and informed me that the price was 187euro a month, I accepted that. They gave me the "wrong" model to use until the correct one arrived, where the contract then would change for the correct one. Then 3 weeks after, it was finally ready for pickup. When I arrived to get the scooter, which I already had a contract on by now, they said that price was 195 euro and I needed to pay 100euro more in startup fee for this model. They did not want to honor the price quote they send me by mail, just said it was for another model. Since I already signed the contract for the wrong model, I was trapped and forced to agree, unless I wanted to end up with a model I did not order, nor like, for 24 month. Also, when I ordered the scooter via mail with headoffice in Barcelona, I asked if there would be a black integral helmet in the price, as it was with the other two scooter I rented before, the answer in mail was, ofcause. But when I collected the correct scooter, I was told to pay 30euro +iva if I wanted it. They don`t honor the price quotes they give, even if it is in writing. When this contract is finish, I will not deal with them anymore.

First I got a 3g simcard which worked …

First I got a 3g simcard which worked fine.
Then Freedompop changed to 4g and I bought a new simcard for 4.99euro, which should then have the old number transfered when I received it. It cam with an error and I contacted support, this is now 2 month ago that I started with support and they never responed after they said it had to be escalated, that is 1.5 month ago. After creating several tickets with no respond, I actually ordered a new 4g simcard, but that comes with the exactly same problem and guess what, support doesnt respond to my tickets, or to the mail reply from the first ticket.
They do however send an email survey, which is not positive at all.
The top of the cake is that I have used about 8 month building up data on the original card, which automatically transfer to next month up to a certain amount, I had about 3 gb, but that has suddenly dissapeared, so now I got 200mb as when I started.
I will NOT recommend this company before they take customers with simcard issues seriouse and actually try to fix the problems and dont delete data they have saved on there profile.

New update in the case:
November 2016 I got my 3g simcard, within two weeks I downgraded to the free account with NO extras. At that point unused data would roll over to next month and I have untill lately saved above 2200mb inj data on my account. When getting the 4g, I had to upgrade which cost me 2.99euro, but after 2 month, it still couldnt activate the new 4g card. Made lots of tickets for support, which took more than 2 weeks to get answer from. In the end I was informed the account was disabled due to not paying 2.99 euro every month. For a free account????
I mailed the screenshot from the mail I got, which confirmed it was downgraded to a free account, no change, they could not help me and I lost all my saved data.
For me this is SCAM in a big way and cheating customers with free stuff, which cost money.
Will NEVER recommend this SCAM company to anybody, Only this II WILL do, is spread the word as far as I can in all medias.

Exellent and fast, needed to call support due to internal error in system so not able to make payment. Support answered within 10 minutes and issue was quickly resolved. Can recommend this company and I will use them again next time.

When you call or write to support.

When you call support, they are very nice to talk to.
However, if you contact them via the link below the homepage, they dont respond, not even after 3 weeks and two messages.
Price guarantee is a great hazle. Ordered a part and paid for it, then when I found the same part number which was 50 pound cheaper at island4x4 and mailed it to them, they said I did it wrong. I should have told them before I bought the part (but they dont answer when contact them on homepage) So they said they would give me only half the difference back, which in some strange calculation they found to be 14 euro + iva?? It took me almost 3 weeks to get that refund code via mail.
I then found another part that I wanted to purchase which cost about 250euro at Paddockspares, but only about 60 euro at Island4x4, but after two contacts via the contact link on the homepage, still no respond today 1 month after.
The prices at Island4x4 is confirmed as correct and up todate, which Paddockspares on the first 14euro discount claimed it was Island4xr there had not updated the price, which was partly the reason to the only 14euro discount (which in some way they meant was 50% of the difference of 50euro?)
When paying with Amazon pay, one apparently doesnt get the reward point on ones account, one have to call them and tell them to put it on the account.
After 1 month, I got the points and I was ordering a part.
The before mentioned 14 euro I could use as discount, but it was not possible to use the reward point, not even for the support when I called them.
So, support told me to make the order and he would fix it when that was done. I made a mistake though, I am in Spain and made sure the amount was in my account, but it was in euro and not pound, so after the order failed I moved more money to the account and called them.
A support person helped me pay with my card after I gave her the details about the order.
When I then got a mail with the order, they never added the reward points to which they said: You (me) failed to pay the order, so they removed the reward points since where now used????
After I paid with my card over the phone, they moved the reward points back to my account and told me I could use them on the next order.
When I said that I am sorry, but I would like to make a complain about this, all communication stopped.
Please tell me why I should shop here again?
