A thumbs up but company needs to improve

I bought a Galaxy Tab A9+ from this company on 13 August 2025. The delivery was advised as 19 August but on the 20th I received an email to say there was a delay because of a supply issue and offering me the option of cancelling and receiving a refund, which I took. I was then advised that the refund would be paid within 5 business days, which did not happen. I wrote to the company on 29 August, and 2 September, complaining about the situation and received the refund on 4 September, but at today's date have received no other communications from them. I was worried about the situation partly because of the bad reviews that this company has been receiving but I have now been refunded and wanted to give a positive review to encourage the company to try to improve their processes and better inform the customer. I also acknowledge that the company might be undergoing some commercial stresses and that they are probably trying to do their best.
