I ordered an electric recliner sofa 18 months ago which has just collapsed completely on one side. they will not help and repair or replace this under ware and tare. please do not buy from this company. products and after service is awful

This company is the worst i have ever dealt with

This company is the worst i have ever dealt with. I live alone and paid a direct debit every month the same as every other supplier i have used then they hit me with a bill of nearly 1000 pounds. Make sure you never let these companies go outside of the plan else there rates hit the roof. Untrustable

Worst Company Ever

If I could give 0 I would. This is the most incompetent business i have ever dealt with. They mess up my line. charge me for 2 accounts. Without broadband all week (their fault) and now they are saying next week. An absolute joke. Please do not use this company because everything is terrible. Min 1 hour phone calls. Been on the phone 6 hours to them this week alone

I would put 0 out of 5 but you can't…

I would put 0 out of 5 but you can't leave a review. I have played the slots and lost 3000 pounds. Nothing better than a 222-pound win. I was told it was 90% payout which is an absolute joke. I played deal or no deal and the box I got was on the left-hand side 40 out of 41 times. I asked them what are the odds of throwing 40 heads and just 1 tail. They will not answer me at all. The algorithms are a joke and this is the worst site I have played for odds and payouts. The help have no idea or experience and give some really patronising excuses.
