Worst customer service, awaiting for refund

Ordered and paid for new washing machine in full, expected 2 week delivery. One month later, shop decided to "recall" the washing machine from transport company which had machine "in storage". No reasons given or care taken. No contact from anyone at the store until they decided not to deliver the machine I have already paid for. I am now waiting to get my refund via KuantoKusta. I am guessing this is likely to take weeks and weeks. I'll see you soon and I'll make sure I don't repeat the mistake.

Great prices and fantastic same day service!

Was looking for some lighter fluid, after a quick search - found GiftBox was very competitive on price, so I ordered some. What I did not expect was for the parcel to be delivered 2 hours later (!) to my house.

Will buy again, thank-you.

Slow after sales service

Booking with eDreams was good, flights were all good and no problems were encountered. Price was good/competitive.
Had a minor issue with billing and it took a long time to resolve. The issue did get resolved - but had it been a more serious issue, it makes me think I would need to take out a "prime" membership, otherwise it would not get resolved in a timely manner.

Poor sales service and phone apps do not work

Lack of after sales service and phone App doesn't work. Flight booking was Ok, flight was Ok, no problems with the booking, so that was good. Things to improve on:
1- Flight network App does not recognise my booking. Not sure if the issue was country related. I was unable to download the flight info this way.
2- Flight information is not recognized by airline app. Tried every possible way and phoned airline - no go. Again, no information updates. Very poor.
3- Sent email to customer service and this was next to non-existent. English language was an issue.
