II ordered a laptop, asked for it to be sealed (brand new), received it that way, ahead of schedule, including the invoice, which I also needed. There was a problem with the carrier - I didn't pick up the phone in time, the package was taken away (I think it's a problem with all Portuguese carriers), the store responded to me, the second time I received the package. Everything is OK.

I have ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, it was sealed and fresh (the battery still had 40+ % of charge despite of it is not a new model of Redmi Note line), the customer service was fine (I asked questions and got rapid answers, tracked the order's state).
